I had a water leak from ensuite toilet. The bedroom underfloor was replaced. The ensuite underfloor was replaced and with new floor tiles. A new shower was installed which was boxed off. New basin tap, extractor fan and storage unit put in and walls painted. Hristo came in early every day and worked what he could. He was friendly and always explained what work was being done during each step. You could ask him as many questions you wanted and he was friendly giving you advice along the way. The work was to a high standard and very neat, cleaning along the way.

Demeintas, the project lead, was rude and difficult to work with on a full kitchen refit. His dad was a lot more professional to work with, but did not make up for the bad experience and installation overall. AJD did not complete the work to the agreed standard, and have since failed to show up to complete snagging once payment was made as per their aggressive Ts&Cs. This includes a non level quartz worktop installation, under cabinet lighting that stopped working within 2 months, and a wonky plug socket installation. I picked them on the basis of having lots of good reviews, and a registered company number. However, my experience with them was very different. I really would recommend avoiding, little better than cowboys. I'm contemplating further action against them.

Bogdan and his team did a good job with both the flooring, skirting boards, architraves and the stairs in my home. Their communication was easy throughout, which was especially helpful when dealing with any unexpected issues and very patient when explaining the possibilities and dealing with our anxiety. I especially appreciated their flexibility, as I changed the stair project to cladding just two days before they started, and they adapted to the new request right away. He managed to adapt the stair as I bought a different one. They somehow managed to take care of my newly painted wall. Everything was completed on time and left tidy.

Arsen was on time, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his work. He did a fantastic job with our bathroom, professionally and with a lot of detail. He is incredibly attentive and gave us all the information we needed so we understood the full job. Will be hiring him again for any future jobs around the house. Highly recommended worker.

We had our bathroom refit for our elderly mother. Jeff and his team a special mention to Gary - did a wonderful job and going that extra mile for carrying out some additional plumbing work. They were always on time and the work completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up after the work and took away all the rubbish. The workmanship was second to none very happy with the work and definitely will use them again, also very trustworthy and reasonably priced.

I had a loft conversion done by a builder, after which we failed the Final Inspection. Subsequently, I fired that builder and began searching for a reliable builder to complete my loft conversion and address all the issues that Building Control had identified. After interviewing 3 builders, I decided to hire Magic Finishing. Vlad was diligent and caring about my situation, and he brought a great team with him to finish my construction. He replaced the staircase to the loft ( which was the main issue), replaced all doors with fireproof doors, performed electrical work, painted all touched areas, and also retrofitted the outhouse.
