Highly recommend! Replaced three lintels above my upstairs windows. The work was carried out in a timely manner, I was walked through each step as the job progressed. My house was originally harled in 1960 and the first bag of chips they'd bought was close but not an exact match. They came back the following day after searching central Scotland for the exact chips already on the house. They were always professional and courteous. Due to the cost of scaffolding, I couldn't afford to wrap the whole house, they were kind enough to complete the work over three weekends for the same price, as I had to have the scaffolding taken down and rebuilt under each window which happened to be on three sides of the house. Each time the guys took all the old lintels and rubble away and left the place as they found it. They even cleared my path and drive of snow. I found them to be knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy and won't hesitate to use them again. I got multiple quotes in, theirs was somewhere in the middle but I got the strongest sense from them that they were the most experienced and would cause the least friction. I'd been let down by previous builders and had the extent of the work exaggerated by others. I knew what was involved so could eliminate some based on the stories they were telling. I can't say enough good things about these men, you won't be disappointed if you use them, they're genuine guys, it was a pleasure start to finish.

Tommy and his team completed a fairly complex loft conversion involving quite a lot of steel, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Tommy proved to be incredibly reliable, which is important with a project of this scale. Some standout aspects was how well-organized he was. At the very beginning, he provided a week-by-week schedule, giving me full confidence in the process. The project was completed on time, as promised. Tommy and his team were also a pleasure to work with. They listened to our requests and delivered, demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout. When an error by my architect came to light, Tommy and team even came up with a solution that not only fixed the issue but improved the overall outcome. I highly recommend Tommy and his team for any building work. Their reliability, expertise and cooperability made what could have been a stressful project far more straightforward.

NEVER FOLLOWED OUR INSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLING THE POND. CAME WITH DIGGER, DUG A HOLE AND THE POND LINER ISNT BIG ENOUGH, SO NO HOPE OF RETAINING WATER. PAID THEM £2100 CASH. BIG MISTAKE. WE NOW NEED SOMEONE ELSE TO COME AND RECTIFY THE MESS AND MAKE A PROPER POND. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AS THEY LED US TO BELIEVE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

Chris provided an absolutely outstanding service. Our boiler issue was persistent, but Chris approached it with remarkable patience and dedication, coming back to ensure I was satisfied .He truly did not rest until the problem was completely solved, demonstrating a level of perseverance that is rare to find. Beyond his technical skill, what truly sets Chris apart is his character. He is one of the most genuine and honest tradespeople I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Even with having a busy schedule and personal things to deal with at the time, he made time and did not give up till I was back up and running at his own expense.
