Conservatories- 24 Jul 2025
I posted the required work for my conservatory roof and received interest from 11 companies. My conservatory is relatively big and a very odd shape. Out of the 11 companies, 4 would not undertake the work, 4 would only work on renovating the current roof, and 2 just didn’t take on board my request quoting something totally inappropriate. Scott came to view the job and was confident in being able to meet my requirements and expectations. He talked me through the work that would be involved and how he would achieve this. His openness, honesty, and guidance gave me the confidence to choose him to undertake the work. He arrived ahead of the scheduled date and got down to work straight away. He kept us informed every step of the way with what was happening, completing the work in the agreed timescales. Scott and his team did a quality, first-class job on the new roof, which I am extremely satisfied with. I cannot thank him enough for what he did and would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Painting & Decorating- 30 Apr 2025
I strongly do not recommend Michal and his team for any decorating or finishing work. The overall quality of the job was extremely poor and clearly rushed, with no attention to detail. They painted directly over old, thick clumps of paint without sanding or preparing the surfaces properly. Floor panels were installed with visible gaps around door frames, and instead of leveling the threshold to meet the new floor, they simply cut the door and nailed it to the floor—completely unacceptable. Skirting boards were poorly fitted and left sticking out. Metal window frames were painted directly over rust, with no attempt to treat or clean them first. Many areas were left unfinished or unpainted, and silicone was applied messily by hand. Doors were painted white without even basic cleaning or sanding. This team might be suitable for demolition work, but they are absolutely not qualified for decorative or finishing tasks. I will upload photos later to show the extent of the poor workmanship.

Roofing (Pitched)- 31 Dec 2021
Top class service from start to finish. Initially hired Nathan to look at a slipped tile on the main roof. This was sorted along with some extras he saw whilst up there. I asked Nathan back to fix a leak on our extension. Quick, efficient, personable and a fair price to boot. Pictures were sent to me before, during and after all throughout the day. Will definitely have Nathan back in the future to do other jobs for us.
