He's a scammer and a fake and when you refuse to pay him, he comes back and robs you. He threatened violence and also threatened to rape my wife and my mother. MyBuilder get rid of this filth.

We had an overboard "wet" UFH system fitted in a large kitchen diner. There were several problems mainly the very uneven floor levels with varying surfaces underneath. Seth and The Thermal Heat Company were very solution focused and dealt with all the problems professionally. I was particularly pleased how every stage was fully explained in advance and during the work. The quote was detailed, accurate and represented good value for money. The job overran slightly due to the complexities but did not incur extra costs on the price quoted. Final snagging issues were dealt with promptly. Cutting of the overboards and sanding of the concrete flooring created more dust throughout the house than we expected so consider this in advance if you have a similar job and screen rooms. Overall a 5 star review and I'm very happy to recommend The Thermal Heat Company.

Brought our house in 2022 and completely stripped it back to brick, had to have everywhere damp proofed and so on.. we were planning on Plasterboarding the place ourself however I thought I’d drop Corbin a message to come and give me a quote, he got back in touch with me very quickly. He came out at his earliest convenience and the price that he quoted me I couldn’t turn down, he gave me the choice wether we wanted to supply the materials or he was to source them, in the end we purchased them ourself. The first part of the job was downstairs, we had the whole placed boarded, downstairs consisted of around 70 boards, he was there first thing in the morning at around 7am and when we went to view it at 12.30 the place was nearly finished !! Couldn’t believe how quick he was at the job, he then worked the rest of the afternoon and came back the next day for a few hours which was basically cleaning up where he had been working, the downstairs was completed in just over a days work, was very happy with the time it took, also he left all the offcuts in a neat pile for me to get rid of them, couldn’t fault it. Next part of the job was upstairs, again this was completed in around a day this time there was around 45 boards used so for the whole job it took a few days to complete. He also came back for a separate job to board my bathroom walls and ceiling, this time he supplied the boards and had it done in a few hours, once again happy with the price I will definitely use Corbin for future projects and wouldn’t even consider getting anyone else in for a quote as there was no point in doing so. Had room plastered by Ahmad and Abdul, honestly most down to earth people no messing around and get the work done. What a finish, would definitely be using these guys again for my other properties. Bathroom Fitting- 19 Mar 2019
WARNING! Please read before considering this tradesman. My family had a new bathroom installed. The bath was installed without a support frame and the bath panel was balanced in place with only silicone to hold it from falling inwards. There were large gaps 15-20mm left in the tiling which would have been filled with grout alone had I not intervened. I was quoted for tiling 3 walls from floor to ceiling, but ended up with 2 thirds only being done and the rest hidden behind the furniture. The same day the job was "completed" and final payment was made we noticed the issues with it that night when bathing my kids. Communication had been good whilst the work was being carried out, but when we tried to contact him that same day to return to resolve the problem we were completely ignored. Text, phone calls and email went unanswered and even my phone calls were blocked. Not what you expect from a professional tradesman at all. Dont fall for the it, took our money with no shame in leaving the job unfinished. Look elsewhere.
