This should have been a very simple job. We got ripped off. Would not hire again, and I do not recommend them either. There didn't seem to be any pride in the quality of the work or consideration for someones home and the job was left in a poor state. The person that did the job was not the same as the one that looked at the job, and without explanation they disappeared to help someone else mid work. No covers were placed over a brand new wooden floor onto which old plaster bits etc fell and walked through, tools were placed and dropped onto. We had a lot of cleaning up to do after they left and I really do not want them back again. Some of the work has had to be redone since. The lights didn't turn on together and didn't match either so I ended up replacing them. The ceiling is damaged about every down light one very badly so that whole section of ceiling will need to be fixed. The damage to the walls about the sockets was totally unnecessary and has been fixed since.

I WILL ONLY LOOK AT JOBS IF I HAVE BIN INVITED. PLEASE ALLOW 2/3 WEEKS FOR FITTING. I am a registered QUICKSTEP MASTER INSTALLER. also Diploma with N.I.C.F. national institute of carpet & floorlayers.

Fantastic from start to finish. Gary put in 4 full days to get my job completed, was clean and tidy and cheerful throughout. The job has been finished to a really high standard and has even been commented on by other tradesmen saying what a good job he did, particularly on my stairs. I’m am more than happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone that needed flooring laid.

He also does a lot of conversion and refurbing work for the Property Investment company that I work for and all to a very high standard. Nick completed a lot of work for us. He plastered the walls in the hall, stairs and upstairs landing as we had redesigned stairs fitted. He also completely renovated our downstairs cloakroom by plastering the walls, fitted new cabinets, basin and toilet and tiled our hall and cloakroom floors. The work was done to a very high standard and at a very reasonable cost and it looks amazing. He was always on time, courteous and tidied up before leaving for the evening and made sure we were happy with the work he had completed on a day to day basis. I can’t praise him enough.

He gave a quote and once job started, started adding cost that was not agreed and going back on what he originally said. for example I asked if I should hire a skip, he said no, he would do a burnfire to dispose of the old wooden shed. Once work was done he refused to and left all rubbish in my garden. His work was good for putting up the new shed and insulation of the garden office, but just ensure you are clear and have all agreement in writing with this builder or else you will end up spending more than you budgeted
