I was very pleased with the work carried out by JA & Sons electrical services. Matthew Kindred did an excellent job in replacing my old fuse box for a new RCD mainsboard. He was very efficient and quick in doing a first class job. I would highly recommend JA & Sons to anyone who is looking in the future to have electrical work carried out.

Neil was very helpful from then outset. Having provided some very useful input while assessing the job, he provided a reasonable quotation pretty quickly. Once awarded the job he turned up as expected and worked solidly throughout. His work was very good and he kept the work area clean and tidy. He was also willing to operate a digger mid way through the job when some additional earth removal was required. There was no drama and working with Neil was very easy. A really friendly but unimposing guy. Thanks Neil - I'll certainly pass your details on to anyone who needs any block or brick work doing and will certainly call if I have other similar work.

We had a Wetroom installed by Mr Girkin only two months ago which has continually been faulty since installation. The grout between the floor tiles in the shower area continues to come away allowing the water to lay underneath the tiles. We now fear consequential water damage. Mr Girkin's son came back four times to re-grout which proved unsuccessful each time. Mr Girkin has now refused to repair the damage due to "personal issues" & also stated he is no longer trading. Mr Girkin advised us to seek another tradesman to repair his damage. We are now faced with a massive bill to repair and correct Mr Girkin's faulty work from other trades people who have viewed his work. Mr Girkin refuses to assist financially. We are devastated.

Sam has done a lovely job building my larder. Completely professional, he worked really hard for 2 days without stopping leaving everything beautifully finished and completely cleaning up after each day. He checked at regular stages with me so the job was exactly what I wanted. I am delighted with the result. A superb craftsman, I would not hesitate to hire Sam again.
