James Perkins-Brown was extremely helpful, quickly phoning us to arrange a visit us to consider the repair of a dressing table which holds sentimental value for us. He immediately took the piece away saying he should be able to complete it quite promptly. The price quoted was very reasonable. We were very pleased indeed to have found him!

Sean came and quoted for the job. His price was comparable to others and he claimed he is experienced. He was given the contract and I made payment as he requested. Then he didn't show up for the work for two weeks. I contacted him and said his workers will come. After two weeks, his workers came and refused to install the battery at the loft as agreed with Sean. I called Sean but he said his workers are experienced and sould put it at the best place in property. Then his workers installed it at my conservatory and did a messy work. I called Sean but he claimed he was sick and refused to attend to me. When i called again and asked him to send the workers to remove the equipment and put the agreed equipment. He refused. He insulted my wife and I. The agreement was for Sean to install a solar panel with battery and an myenergi zappi charger but he installed a project ev charger which is not compatible with our system. We have asked him to remove it but he refused to date.

Really pleased with working with Alan and his team. Alan's really communicative before the project with recommendations and products as well as clear as to when he'll be turning. Punctual, works really hard when here without a break and is a really nice bloke too. Added in more services that he didnt quote for too when more things turned up that were unexpected. Will definitely use again.

Redesigning garden. Originally had a concrete walkway, down a set of steps to a concrete square patio area with a grassed area that sloped away to the back fence. The whole area was unusable and left dead, unused space around the side of the building too. Through conversations with Alex, we came up with a plan which involved new decking where the concrete walkway was, round into the unused dead space, making a lovely area to sit and have BBQs. Alex then levelled the garden and moved the patio area to the other side, making the whole garden feel bigger. After the work was completed we spent the majority of the summer in our garden and feel it was the best thing we have done. Highly recommend Alex. He listens to what you want, but is also practical on what that means is needed to accomplish the task, highlighting cost implications, as well as practical build issues. It was really easy to work with him to design our dream garden. As a bonus, he is really easy to get one with, reliable and trustworthy. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
