Where do you start to compliment this team of builders Neville/Bruce/Jonjo. They built a back garden wall 3-1/2 metres high by 4 metres wide to perfection. They turned up on time every day; never late. They worked non stop, no breaks and were knowledgeable in every area. 35 years as a brickie Neville knew exactly what he was doing and I will be telling my friends and family to hire him. I will personally wait for Neville to be available should I require building work in the future.

Overall, my experience wasn’t that great to be honest. New taps required fitting to bath and sink. During the fitting process, Jack made in knowing to me that one of the parts had broken. He chose to make a minor repair to the broken part to enable him to complete the job. However, it didn’t work. Jack took some convincing to attend a local plumber merchant to source the replacement part. I had to become assertive in manner for this to happen. Jack suggested that another part should be replaced to my excising pluming however, didn’t pick this up at the time when collecting the other part. It appeared that I had a blockage to my waste pipe. Jack offered to unblock this with a charge initially however, chose to do this for free in the end. The shower attachment to the bath taps leaks. I felt that Jack could have taken more due care when completing the job and to my home environment. Example; providing a dust sheet to protect the floor etc. He chose to take my old taps without discussing this with me. I became aware of this and alerted Jack. I requested to have these back.

Indoor work- painting and decorating dining room - Yunes did an excellent job , worked quickly and meticulously. He has a great eye and creative ideas Outdoor work - painting , fixing / repointing brick and masonry work - Yunes and his team were great and made our house look so amazing , his eye for detail means the finishings were to a very high standard, very neat , he and his team worked enthusiastically and were very hard working and trustworthy. We have had lots of compliments from people about our home and other neighbours have also used Yunes to do Work on their properties. He will be doing more work on our kitchen later this year. Naeem was very polite and friendly on the phone and in person. When he arrived he got straight to work and identified the fault after a thorough inspection. He repaired my boiler with minimal cost, showing me the faulty and replacement parts. He was also very helpful advising me about general boiler care. We cannot recommend Simon enough. He’s a very experienced, knowledgeable and talented painter and decorator. His standards are second to none and we are so pleased with what he’s delivered. He had quite the challenge as our walls were uneven, as were our skirting boards, but the way he sanded them down and created a perfect surface to decorate is truly astounding. He wallpapered and painted our hallway and kitchen and have already booked him in for more work. He’s a professional and kind person to have in your home.
