I recently hired Nathan for a carpeting job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. We engaged this contractor to fix our electric gates, put new gate sensors and re-program/ get our Alarms functional. Before he started any works, he advised that the job will take only half a day which would have costed £150. Once he started, on the first day he couldnt do much as he only came at 1130 instead of starting at 0830 and left at 1600 hrs, the second day he brought someone with him so he can learn the job and yet couldnt finish any of the jobs stipulated. before leaving he said it will be unfair for us to pay for a third day, however he will come back and finish the job without any additional cost. We were reluctant to pay for the second day as in 2 days he didnt do what he was supposed to but he insisted and promised that he will come and that we should pay as he was in a need of money. So we paid him and then a week later when we contacted him, he said it will cost another £200 for the day (no mention if he will finish or not) which is not what we agreed. Bottom line we paid him £500 for 2 days and neither of the items is working. I would highly recommend to not use him as clearly he doesnt know what he is doing and keep charging day by day. Avoid him at all costs unless u want to go through what we did and waste your money.
