Commercial floors are larger, they soil in a different pattern, and they usually cannot be taken out of use while the work happens, so our scheduling, our machinery and our documentation are all built around occupied buildings and access windows that somebody else controls. Every job carries 10 million pounds public liability cover, with a method statement, risk assessment and COSHH sheets supplied before the first visit, and DBS checked operatives named in advance.
