Guttering- 6 Dec 2017
Anthony came to clean out gutters and replace a couple of joins, whilst also advising us where the damp patch in our bedroom was coming from. I phoned for a quote on Monday and Anthony offered a really competitive quote and arranged to come round to carry out the work on Tuesday. He was very punctual, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and left no mess. We’ve discussed further work which may will need carrying out in the future and again, Anthony has quoted a fair price. I’d definitely recommend to others and will be calling on him to complete further work in the new year.

Driveways (Paved & Loose)- 23 Aug 2026
he contractor completed the driveway work very quickly and within a good timeframe, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the finishing quality was very poor and there were issues with the final workmanship. The contractor also told me that the work was covered by a guarantee, but since the job was completed, I have tried contacting him several times and have received no response. I am disappointed because I expected him to stand by his work and honour the guarantee. I would recommend being careful and making sure the guarantee and aftercare are clearly confirmed before using this contractor.

I used their Services over extended time period just becuase of their professionalism , honestly and competitive prices. Once the job is assigned they would leave only once its done and would be very cautious so as not to cause inconveinece to the inhabitants. On various occassions their suggestions in terms of design were very helpful and much better than what was already designed and finalized which helped me save cost and speed up project. I used their services on my Manchester house and they did over all complete renovation in 4 weeks below the budget I had in mind (that was outstanding). I have recommended them to atleast 5-6 friends and they all are happy with their work and havent heard any negative feedback so far.

Extensions- 28 Mar 2022
I posted my job and Kashmir replied, visited and quoted promptly. Kashmir project managed the bulk of the garage build and purchased building material with no issues. I sourced and purchased the windows and doors and organised the building inspection. Kashmir’s communication during the build was good notifying me prior to skip deliveries and equipment and material drops which was organised by Kashmir. Kashmir advised me that for adequate drainage a soakaway will be required which was done with no issues along with all other groundworks. As the soakaway was not accounted for in the original quote it was charged as an additional cost. Kashmir also managed the demolition, labouring, waste management, equipment hire and the laying of conduit for electric and data. Kashmir was able to work with some of my suggestions/changes and made them work. My only tiny gripe was some litter left behind the on the site once work was completed but having spoken to others who have had building work done this is common, not much time to clear up tho. Post build I have discovered a few leaks in the roof after notifying Kashmir he organised an appropriate dry day, resealed the leaks and told me to let him know if it still an issue. I would defiantly recommend Kashmir and plan on calling him back for some other jobs I need doing when I can afford it.
