Dean was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, he paid attention to detail and did just as I asked in very reasonable time and cost. My garage has a brick outer wall and a breeze block inner wall. Someone drove into it causing major damage to both. Mike arrived bang on time to inspect the damage and was very thorough. I liked him because he was friendly, but professional. We discussed how he would prevent as much as possible of the foliage growing up the wall from being destroyed, and how he would try to match the unusual bricks by saving as many as possible, and finding a nearest match for replacements. He estimated the work would take a week, and very quickly, he sent a quote, which was recommended by me, and accepted by the insurance company. As the original bricks were no longer available, he sent two other samples for me to choose from. Once the work commenced he and his mate worked under very difficult conditions (extreme heat and cramped condition inside) and finished the job in the agreed timescale. The new bricks have been blended seamlessly into the wall because he mixed them in with the old ones, and hid most of them behind the foliage, which they managed to avoid damaging. He left the site clean and tidy and i can certainly recommend him. Tony

It was the first time to use 'mybuilder.com'. It was Saturday night and Dave was the first plumber to get back to us, and he was able to sort us out on Sunday morning. Great communication, Richard did a EICR on a house we are buying and found a serious fault which the sellers had sorted. He kept us up to date on what was happening and even went back after the work had been done to retest. 100% recommend.
