Andrei is fantastic. He fully refurbished our flat (painting, new bathroom, new kitchen, rewiring, floors, sound isolation, doors) and did a truly excellent job. First of all, the quality of his work is outstanding, In addition, he is extremely reliable and hardworking. He offers excellent advice and insights too, which is enormously helpful especially during such a big project. The fact that he is a qualified electrician is also a big plus. Last but not least, Andrei is a really great person to deal with - always friendly, professional, reliable and really pleasant. We highly recommend him and will definitely work with Andrei again.

I recently had him reassemble and assemble a bed in my room, and I must say he did an excellent job. He took proper measurements, worked carefully, and made sure everything was perfectly in place. I was really happy with the quality of service I received. On top of that, he was very helpful and went beyond the main task by assisting me with a couple of other things around the house. A reliable and friendly person—highly recommended!

Ibrahim did a great job changing my internal door lock and putting a lockbox up on a brick wall. He even vacuumed up afterwards to leave the room spotless (a rarity with builders in my experience!). Super nice guy, highly recommended.

William and his team were very good and installed an entirely new shower cubicle in place on an existing cupboard in a bathroom with previously only a WC and sink. I am delighted with the result and will be using William and his team again for other projects across my rental portfolio.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Gjon and his son Julian did an amazing job tiling our kitchen floor. They were prompt in communications and completed the job within the agreed time. Left the job clean and tidy after themselves. Will probably hire them again to install a splashback later on in the project.

As the first reviewer on MyBuilder for Graham, I am happy to report an excellent professional service. He and his 2 guys took down a conifer over 8m in the rear garden. They started at 930 and were done by 2pm. They took the trees through the house, and carefully swept up (with their own broom). They cleaned the garden of debris with a leaf blower. The weather had to be postponed due to the rain and I liked that we could communicate via WhatsApp. There is no middle man as he did both the quote and the job, so it was not a surprise he gave the best quote. A guy who enjoys his work. Although one can feel guilt in removing a tree standing for over 40 years, I will plant one through teamtrees.org.

Yosef was a breath of fresh air as he was professional in his approach and was always very accommodating to our family needs. He was patient too as we changed our minds several times so we are grateful to him for that. He doesn't rush his job and he takes pride in his work and the entire bathroom renovation was done to a very high standard. He suggested colour schemes we could use to brighten up our bathroom and toilet and it was lovely to see it come together. It was a much needed renovation and our family are very pleased with the job Yosef has done and his careful but robust approach.
