Ross and Helen were great from beginning to end, their quote was extremely reasonable and Ross worked tirelessly for the 5 weeks it took to completely transform our garden. Ross did a fantastic job putting in a brand new fence then continued doing a great job removing foliage and levelling out the entire garden before moving on to replace the old uneven patio with a new porcelain patio. Whilst there were a couple of inevitable snags along the way, these were never an issue for Ross and he was happy to sort them. We're really pleased with the final result.

Didn't bother to turn up on agreed day of repair. Called to confirm a couple of days before but was met with silence. No apologies whatsoever. Extremely poor level of 'service'. One firm to definitely avoid.

Ryan has been absolutely amazing sorting our plastering when we’d been repeatedly let down by the kitchen fitter we were using. Ryan came and quoted promptly and started work the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble, even coming back to rectify some additional holes in the newly reboarded ceiling! His communication has been outstanding, which has been greatly appreciated and a marked contrast to the other tradesman we’ve been using! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone!

Danny was lovely when he was here and the work seemed all good. I only needed an annual boiler service, the boiler was working perfectly. Danny assured me there is no issues and gave me my boiler certificate. Only since Danny serviced the boiler my boiler has a fault symbol showing and our hot water keeps going cold to very hot in a constant cycle. I’ve messaged, emailed and called Danny but have not been able to get hold of him or any communication back. We had a good chat while he was here and he seemed like a nice guy so I am very disappointed with this outcome. Personally I would avoid as there is plenty out there.
