Hi my names Mitch and I have now been working in the plumbing industry for 7 years. My time as a plumber I have spent 2 and half years working on new build sites with the main housing developers being Barrett Homes and Taylor Wimpey, during this time I learnt how 1st and 2nd fix new build houses. I found this time very beneficial as I was completing all types of plumbing involved in domestic houses day in and day out which helped me pick up a good speed. However after the 2 and a half years I noticed I wanted a change as I knew the domestic game was very different and it’s where I also learnt to overcome a lot of problems. So for the last 5 and a half years I have been working in domestic properties fitting brand new bathroom refurbs but also fit boilers all types of radiators and have done a fair share of underfloor heating. I would say this was the most beneficial decision for me as now I am confident with all the different types of kit (as on site it was the same in each house). Therefore I have gained an extra understanding and knowledge of all different types of boilers, showers, toilets, basins, radiators. This is essential as not everyone wants the same! I take great pride in my work and will complete to a high standard.
