I had a terrible experience and will NOT be hiring Marco again for future work. Marco Quoted £1600.00 including materials which we agreed. Marco started the job, then said this would cost £2100.00 which i wasn't happy about as we already agreed price. Marco said i agreed to this, which i clearly did not. 2. Marco said the job would take 3 days to complete but it took 6 days and on 3rd day he said he would be late but then did not come at all. I asked about this and he said i agreed for him to take day off, which i did not. Marco left big mess in our house and also damaged our water pipes upstairs where i had alot of water coming down. Marco said i had old pipes but got a plumber out who said thE PIPES were possibly cut by mistake as it was repaired. When asked about work he started shouting and getting angry for no reason and he even damaged my light which cost me £104.00

Really happy with the job done with our brand new doors and window. We picked our doors/handles/window and Davie ordered, collected and installed. He kept it all very tidy and explained everything he was doing along the way. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly use again.

Jack, I found is very professional and very pleasant guy to talk to, we arranged a quote time and he came out the next day as arranged, then arranged the job day and time and he was here as arranged, I got a new fence and gate and for somebody working solely he had them up in a few hours and a great job he did very pleased with what he gave us , he cleaned up after when the job was completed, if I need another job I know who to contact.. Jack's van has all his equipment in it so we agreed pre job that i would arrange for any old wood to be lifted later as it wouldn't fit in his van which was acceptable in those circumstances.. Thanks again Jack 😊👍

Michael Ramsey, the firm’s owner, and his 2 colleagues worked very hard for 2 days on my job. They arrived on time and worked solid on what turned out to be a bigger job than at first thought. Nothing was too much trouble and all 3 of the men were courteous, pleasant and excellent company Would highly recommend this firm and will be my first port of call if I need a plumber again. I would not recommend using Colin and Ryan for roofing work. I contacted them about a roof valley leak. After inspecting the roof, he carried out repairs, but the leak returned after the first heavy rainfall. Ryan advised further work was needed and assured me it would resolve the issue, but the leak continued. Despite several attempts to contact him, he failed to attend as promised and stopped responding. Very disappointing experience, especially as the work came with a 5-year guarantee and the issue remains unresolved. I have spent over £1,000 on repairs that have not fixed the problem.
