I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. Highly recommended.

He is NOT a professional tiler. Tiling of our cloakroom and bathroom was horrendous. *Took double the amount to time which was quoted* *Working hours 4pm - 10pm* *Poor levelling of tiles across ALL walls (despite using cement boards) and floor (despite himself applying self levelling compound)* *Uneven tile placement meant tile corners didn't align with adjacent tiles* *Uneven spacing of tiles despite using tile spacers AND tile spacers were not removed/cut enough before grouting, so plastic is now bulging out* *Huge untiled gap left between wall and ceiling* *Chipped tiles from using poor blade* *Incorrect tile colour placed on right-hand side of door frame* *Grout/adhesive was pasted on top of plastic wrap I had used to protect pipe. I can see the plastic sticking out* *Steel edge trimming falling short across the length of tile and not fully encasing the tile edge* *Gaps in sealant work, and poor quality where is was done* *Very messy worker* Pictures do not do any justice.

I would thoroughly recommend Man About The House. Mr Rall and his team did a complete refurbishment of my 4 bedroom house which consisted of a new bathroom, kitchen, plastering of walls, ceilings and redecorating both upstairs and downstairs. New wooden flooring was fitted downstairs. The quality of work was to a very high standard and finished on time. The complete refurbishment was kept within budget. I would not hesitate in calling Mr Rall for any further work and would recommend him to anyone.

This is my reference of builder and all round handyman Radu. I found him to be the best builder I have ever had in the 26 years that I have been living in London. He is always on time and no problems to be around solves problems and I most certainly will not be getting any other builder from now on except Radu to work on both my properties in Kensington Chelsea and Kensington Olympia . He is fantastic at decorating does not take ages to do a job and is totally honest and absolute dream to have around and has had many years of experience . I will for sure refer him onto any of my friends who may need building works and or rennovations done to their homes or properties. His standards are high and he is such a hard working man I have never seen anything like him before. I totally trust Radu

Fast, efficient and friendly. Had a cold water tank replaced from an old tin one to a poly plastic one. Came with me to buy relevant materials and got the job done, as a landlord they gave me confidence they will do a good job made the situation easy to deal with. Great father and son team.

Came and looked at the job and quoted £350 to fit the hob and change taps to a mixer tap. Booked in to do the job. He arrived 2 hours later than organised to do the job and then realised he couldn't do the pipework for the hob, due to not being able to move the worktop. Said it could possibly break if he moved it. Fitted the mixer taps, but had to be asked to match the hot and cold with the symbols on the taps, so that took a little while longer. Charged 30 quid more than originally quoted to fit the mixer tap.

Dmitry and his colleague finished our bathroom to an excellent standard - in the end! They worked very hard but their inexperience showed through several times. - we had to get them back as the toilet leaked - we had to get them back again when the tiled floor crumbled, they had failed to use the flexible floor grout we had bought, instead using the one for the wall by mistake. - the adhesive on the floor crumbled because they turned on the underfloor heating before it was dry. - they moved our light switch even though it wasn,t in the quote ( they moved it back when asked) - they decided the placement of the new sockets without asking us placing them above the door frame instead of with the other electrics on the skirting board - they moved them when asked - they installed the basin with visible pipes even though the quote stated in writing they should be hidden, they moved them when asked. - they were given a room to store their tools though they took over the whole house, even putting the new bathroom in our bedroom, it seemed very rude that they thought they had the run of our house - they took 9 days and two revisits to finish a job they said would take 5-7 days - in summary they try hard but are not skilled or experienced enough to do complex jobs like this

T N Flooring were really good and I am very pleased with my new floor beading. Thomas went out of his way to complete the job - having to come over 3 times to quote for the job, deliver the materials and then do the work . He asked me questions throughout the job to make sure the beading was installed exactly where I wanted it and he cleared up any mess/debris ashe went along. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend Thomas and T N Flooring. Very reasonably priced too!
