We work for offices, hotels, care homes, healthcare settings, schools, restaurants, retail units, gyms, event venues and the communal areas of managed residential blocks. We take commercial work only. We do not clean private homes and we do not do end of tenancy work. That is a deliberate limit rather than a gap. Commercial floors are larger, they soil in a different pattern, and they usually cannot be taken out of use while the work happens, so our scheduling, our machinery and our documentation are all built around occupied buildings and access windows that somebody else controls. Our services: - Commercial carpet and carpet tile cleaning: open plan floors, meeting rooms, receptions and traffic lanes - Commercial upholstery cleaning: office chairs, reception and breakout seating, hotel and restaurant furniture - Communal areas in managed blocks: corridors, stairwells, lobbies and lift lobbies, working to managing agents and block managers - Post fit-out and post event cleaning: handover cleans and venue turnarounds - Spot and stain treatment on commercial carpet How we work. Every job starts with a free site survey, usually about twenty minutes. We measure the areas, identify the fibre and backing, and check the access window, lift availability and water points. That produces a fixed written price, and it does not change on the day without your written agreement. Most of our work runs in the evening, overnight or at weekends at no extra charge, because that is when commercial floors are genuinely available. Nothing is payable until you have signed the work off. We choose between two methods at the survey rather than by price list. Hot water extraction is the deep clean for a floor that has been left off a maintenance cycle, and with air movers running it is dry to the touch in two to four hours. Low moisture encapsulation uses a fraction of the water and returns a floor to use within the hour, which suits corridors and tight turnarounds. Every job carries 10 million pounds public liability cover, with a method statement, risk assessment and COSHH sheets supplied before the first visit, and DBS checked operatives named in advance.
