Extremely impressed with this Ishmail. Arrived on time and in no time identified the main cause of the blockage. Ishmail had hi tech equipment which I was very impressed with. Problem was resolved in short time to a high standard and pipe was fixed. Will definitely be using this company again. 5 stars

Matthew fitted us some bespoke, painted bookshelves which were beautifully done and look fantastic. We were really impressed with the service from start to finish - his communication was great, the price was very reasonable and it was all done with minimal delay. He also did a very thorough job listening to what we wanted, measuring up and providing a computer-generated image of what it would look like. He's done a wonderful job for us and we will be sure to hire him again next time. Highly recommend.

Really nice genuine guy. I posted a job up in the morning and Jonathan immediately responded with his hourly rate (which is always appreciated so you don't have to shortlist before finding out how expensive they are!) and I shortlisted him and within minutes he rang to arrange to come and fix the boiler. He arrived within an hour and half, made the boiler safe by turning off the gas and stated investigating. He was honest all along the way, trying to save me money where possible. He managed to find the fault quite quickly and took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with it. He then rang up the store to make sure A) the had the part in stock so there wasn't a wasted journey and B) find the price so he could tell me the price of the part so there were no suprises. He was always very friendly, polite and explained the issues well to me, replaced went and got the relevant part and replaced it. From a boiler not working in the morning to a fixed boiler in the afternoon, great job! Would definitely recommend and will use Jonathan again for any plumbing/heating needs.

Barry came to repair significant damage to a wooden kitchen worktop and to a wooden floor (large black marks). The end result is great; the marks are now invisible and you wouldn’t notice any difference between the affected area and the rest. Barry is very professional and the work was done exactly on time and within the timeframe that was discussed. I would highly recommend his services!

I hired Sergiu in August 2025 to carry out work in my flat. During the job, a previously functional window was damaged. Initially, there was a dispute about responsibility, and I pursued the matter through Small Claims. Sergiu has since contacted me and agreed to pay compensation. While the resolution took longer than expected, I appreciate that the matter has now being addressed.

We used Cubitt Wren for a full interior renovation earlier this year while we were away over the Easter period, and I honestly could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. They took on the lot, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom en suite, and a full repaint throughout the house. What really stood out to me was how smoothly the whole thing ran from start to finish. Whenever my input was needed on design choices or finishes, I heard back quickly by email and everything was explained clearly. I never felt kept in the dark, which as someone who wasn’t on site made a real difference. Coming home to the finished result was just lovely. The whole place felt fresh and beautifully done, and it was a joy to walk back into. I would highly recommend Cubitt Wren to anyone looking for quality renovation work. You also get a dedicated project manager who keeps you updated throughout, which is such a reassurance when works of this scale are going on. A wonderful experience from beginning to end.
