Mohammed came out at very short notice for this job. Basically an Npower engineer had capped the supply because of a supposed leak which meant the tenant in my property was left without gas overnight. Mohammed was very thorough in his investigation, identified that in actual fact there was no leak, and no repair work was required. Mohammed's approach throughout was excellent. Extremely professional in doing the work and very personable with both me and my tenant. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again, and would happily recommend him to anyone else.

Martin and his team took the idea of the garden refurb and led us through the project step by step. Our garden has been transformed now to something we are proud of. The job was a full dig out, flatten, patio, artificial turfing, new step system, sleeper and borders installed and composite decking. The pricing was fantastic for the work completed and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Buildforce. We will use again in the future I am sure due to the quality of work completed and good communication with us around materials and ideas throughout. Looking forward to summer now!

We had an initial hiccup with communication , but Jack kindly rearranged his jobs in order to fit us in with the remedial plastering that was needed following a new kitchen being fitted. He was very courteous and polite, letting me know that he would be a little later than he had first advised due to the traffic. Once here, he and his colleague got straight on with the job. They were very efficient and did a wonderful job despite it being fiddly and awkward in parts. Nothing was a problem and they even helped me remove all the cardboard and plastic used to cover the units. I was very impressed with their work, they did a really good job and left the kitchen neat and tidy. I would firmly recommend Jack’s work and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again. Thank you Jack.

Everything was well until we no longer got responses from them after scheduling a job. Hope this changes in the future. Do not leave your customers in the air, at least, tell us that you can't push through with the job so we can immediately look for someone else. Bad for business.
