Not transparent on his fees he originally charged me £89 for the call out and then told me once he arrived at the property (after arriving late) that it would be £189 per hour for fixing the issue. He was there for 10 minutes and cleaned the filter (although the pump was working at the time which was main cause of the issue in the first place) it wasn’t working a few days later and when I got back in touch with him he said it was best to replace the washing machine. Also he didn’t show up for the first appointment and didn’t bother to tell me and he was late for the second appointment so not reliable. Very disappointing and a complete rip off.

We hired him few wees ago, to repair a wall and bridge the gap between old wall and new cabin shed. Him, known as Tony, did that well. turned up on time. He took on some extra tasks, please read on since my last review, which shocked us all. He left debris and hardcore behind for us to clear. There were number of tasks, given to him, one after another. After performing well on first given task, the 2nd task wasn't that great, 3rd and 4th was awful. He started demanding more and more £££, for less and less work achieved.He was also telling us about his family problems, which was restricting him. He started cutting corners, did not perform the requested tasks, by making excuses. eg. all the materials were delivered, closer to him,to close a gap of just over 23 inches at the front of the house by red bricks. He covered only 19 inches gap by 2 meters high, left a gap of 11cm for which we hiring another bricklayer now to complete. Beware, be warned, I wud not hire him again. FB, Rainham

Dominic and John were brilliant! I needed my kitchen walls plastered. Dominic came to have a look and sent me a very competitive quote right away. The communication was flawless and the finish is very professional and clean - extremely smooth touch. I recommended both to a friend and that job has also already been completed with the same quality result. I wish I had hired them for the parts that the guys from damp company did. Not comparable.

COMPANY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME TO FIT A NEW THERMOSTAT ON THE HOT WATER EMERSION TANK AND AFTER 5 MONTHS IT FAILED TO WORK. WHEN ASKED FOR REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY FOR PARTS AND LABOUR (12MTHS) THEY CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID THERE WAS NONE! AND FURTHER MORE TOLD ME THEY WOULD CHARGE ME A CALL OUT FEE TO CHECK IT AND QUOTED AN OVER PRICE AMOUNT TO REFIT IT IF NEEDED. EVERY PLUMBER I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEREAFTER CONFIRMED THEY HAVE AT LEAST 6MTHS (NORMALLY 12 MONTHS WARRANTY COVER) THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTY COVER SO IF THEY FIX YOUR FAULT AND IT BREAKS DOWN A DAY LATER IT IS NOT COVERED AND YOU HAVE TO GET ANOTHER PLUMBER TO DO THE JOB AGAIN. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT ADVICE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE THAT ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT. I WOULD NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

He called in the morning and agreed to start the job from this Saturday but texted later on in the afternoon saying he can no longer do the job - very unprofessional and should not be listed in Mybuilders. It causes huge inconvenience to us, customers.

On 12th June we negotiated the price and he informed me he can start the job on 3rd July which I accept it. Then he wanted 50% of the cost in advance which I have refused and he said he is trying to get a credit from selco and he will let me know later on. I messaged him again to confirm his attendance but he said he is on holiday and no more words. On 2nd July I messaged him to confirm again but didn't replied and on 3rd July he messaged and said his got another job and he couldn't get a credit and he is not coming. He stood me up for 3 weeks and even had no decency to let me know earlier. I refused another carpenter because of him. Be aware of this man as I believe he is not trustworthy, carelessness and inhuman. Most trade man will do the job and send the invoice and then ask for money. I am sure he is a con man and perhaps after getting the money in advance not turning on. Don't trust him and never give money in advance.
