Neil came to finish off a job that had initially been started by someone else. It was an IKEA flatpack chest of drawers. Unfortunately, whilst Neil was completing the assembly he noticed that the first fitter had caused damage to some of the drawer fronts, which then meant I would have to purchase new drawer fronts for the job to be completed satisfactorily. He did as much as he could whilst he was here and very kindly offered to come back after I had received the new drawer fronts. However, I asked him to show me what to do so that I could do it myself. I have now completed the job. So, thanks for the work you did Neil and for the offer to come back and also for the tuition. All appreciated.

I strongly advise AVOID THIS ROOFER. From the beginning, the price was extremely high for the work promised, but I agreed because he clearly stated the job was guaranteed and that any issues would be put right. Shortly after the work was done, serious problems appeared with the roof. When I contacted him to honour the guarantee, he completely refused to take responsibility. Instead of fixing the issues, his actions made the problem even worse. He then stopped being helpful, made excuses, and would not correct his poor workmanship. Communication became unprofessional, and it was clear that once payment was taken, customer care no longer mattered. This experience has been stressful, costly, and disappointing. I feel misled, overcharged, and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this roofer at all costs and finding someone honest, qualified, and reliable instead.
