I provide clear, accurate CAD drawings for small building and renovation projects, supporting clients from early planning stages through to detailed layout drawings for construction. My experience includes producing existing and proposed plans for planning permission, developing detailed CAD drawings from site measurements, sketches and topographical information, and converting survey information into professional drawings suitable for builder and client use. I also have experience assisting with structural layouts and carrying out design checks to support projects, working alongside or under the direction of a qualified structural engineer where required. Drawings are provided in PDF and CAD formats. Please note: I do not provide structural sign-off or certification — any final structural design approval must be carried out by a qualified structural engineer.

I have worked throughout many different aspects of construction within my working life. From building full new sewer systems and new main highway roads to helping drylinning 10 storey buildings in city centers and everything inbetween - like flagging old style york stone patios to mordern porcelain flags. I have a strong confident eye for detail and I believe the ‘smallest’ details add up to make maximum impact on a finished project. I have recently taken, a step to setting up on my own business successfully, but, please do not let this raise a concern in you, it only means I have to prove myself and grow to leave a strong reliable company for me to be able to pass down to my children when the time comes. I do not mind traveling for work. The work I have done and I’m currently doing is/has taken me up and down the country as far as laying the cobble stones around the new taxi rank at Paddington station, London, and up as far as the the new drainage layout at the Haggerston castle near Scotland.
