From receiving the very professional quote to the end of the job, Dave has been absolutely amazing. Completely project managing the job, organising additional tradesmen, Dave took away all of the stress of replacing the kitchen and meant that we could continue with our day to day lives without the worry of the work being done. Providing innovative solutions to problems, making suggestions about the design, Dave took control, arriving on time, working all day and tidying up after himself. I really cannot recommend Dave highly enough - if you're looking for someone who is professional and hard-working and provides work to an exceptionally high standard - Jackson-Merrick Designs should be your first port of call.

Gave Steve a job to supply and fix the door, took ages to come, when he came he wasn’t prepared, the door hinges ddnt align, new door with scratches,it took three weeks up to now he hasn’t finished sorting the door, he is nolonger answering his phone after I paid him the full amount, he is unprofessional

James was instructed to review and improve an existing planning consent inherited after purchasing a site for development. The inherited consent was for thee townhouses and two semi detached properties. It had not been prepared very well and James was able to re-work the internal arrangements to produce a much more satisfactory layout throughout all the five buildings and even creating new garden space as well. This re-worked overall design is much more attractive both aesthetically and practically for an end-user resulting in a quite substantial increase in market value for the scheme overall following re-valuation and will undoubtedly assist the eventual marketing. The service has been very impressive being prompt, reliable, going further than the original brief in some instances to deliver the final revised approved planning consent -a task in itself with the planning authority concerned - and undertaken with a high degree of professionalism throughout. I look forward to working with James on future projects and would recommend his services without hesitation.

David arrived at my property as planned. He was informative to me explaining what could be done. On agreement, he got on with the job and on completion he made sure that everything was working. David was polite, informative, worked cleanly and charged a fair price. If I have any problems in the future, I would definitely call him again, I would also recommend him to friends and family, also anybody that is looking for a reliable tradesman.

Tom responded immediately, came out to the house, gave a prompt estimate and was able to commence the work in the desired timeframe. He communicated clearly throughout the work and showed up when he was expected. The tiling finish is superb. He is also able to handle all aspects of bathroom work so it wasn't necessary to hire a separate tiler and plumber and decorator, which made the work much easier to manager. I highly recommend Tom.
