Avoid at all cost! Dreadful experience, wasted our time. Amateurish work. The ladies came 1.5 h late, without any notification, had to chase them down ourselves to only find out that they're buying the ladder from supermarket. They reassured us that they don't use the frog tape and their cutting skills are good quality. After 20 minutes of seeing (no) progress I was astonished and appalled how bad the work looked like. The paint went all over the skirting board, the cuts weren't sharp and covered the ceiling and another wall, they were constantly using wipes to the point that our ceiling has got now messy marks and paint came off. The radiator that was in the middle of the wall was covered with the paint to the left side. We had to stop them and get someone else. Absolute shambles.

Great work done to a very high standard , i had 3 doors replaced and 2 stairs spindles . Brad gave me a very good quote than what I was getting from other carpenters and he’s very reliable ,he turned up on Wednesday as promised to fit doors and spindles . Took rubbish away and cleaned up . I am so impressed with his professional approach to work . I would certainly hire him again for more jobs. .

Big disappointment and poor experience with this company. We were looking to do a complete strip and redesigning of our bathroom. Spent hours designing and on site visits from Sukhi Jaspal. Advance payment sent as asked and signed contract. Cancelled the job at the last minute saying that the bathroom fitter has moved to London. I offered to wait till she finds a new fitter thinking that a lot of effort and time had gone into designing and didn't fancy doing it all over again with a new builder. Also had taken time off work for the days the building work was to be carried out. Lack of communication - Didn't answer calls or messages. Fortunately, was able to get the deposit back.
