Mitchell did a thorough job of identifying the root cause of the slow drain and trying to rectify as much as possible. While its not permanently resolved the flow is a much better. He recommended an alternative solution that could be a permanent fix. Which is to shorten the run of the shower to the toilet stackMitchell did a thorough job identifying the cause of a slow-draining shower and significantly improved the flow. While the issue isn't completely resolved, he explained the likely cause and recommended a practical long-term solution by shortening the shower waste run to the soil stack. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.

Adam did a fantastic job for us, going above and beyond to make our dream kitchen extension. He had all the tradesman on site when required and project managed every aspect, they were all friendly, clean and tidy. Could not have completed it with out him. Would use again and would highly recommend him to anybody that needs any building work done, there was no job too big or too small.

Great service from the outset. Arrived within 2 days to look at the works required. Kept in contact and researched into the sand stone we wanted, there were some installations requirements I was not aware of thankfully, Tim took the time to look at it in depth along with the screed we were using.He spoke to the suppliers of the stone so everything was done correctly, the floor looks amazing, flawless installation of 103sqm all wrapped up within 6 days. the room has been transformed. Thank you Tim, Jack, Wally and Olly. Great work from the whole team.

There are not many positives I can say about Joe. I hired Joe to complete new skirting boards to two rooms, and to take 10mm off two doors as it was scraping the carpet. You'd think these would be very basic jobs. The skirting was 'ok' could have been better. However, he took way too much off both doors...so much so I could fit my arm underneath it. Anyway, he was reluctant to replace but eventually agreed to. He tried to replace the two doors I have with a much cheaper alternative. I had enough of the constant messages so asked him for his insurance details, again he was reluctant but eventually contacted his insurance. Long story short, his insurance policy is terrible. It works on the basis of how old your items are and deduct money from your potential claim. So, I contacted Joe and said I wasn't happy with this. 6 months later he finally came to fit new doors...It took him 10.5 hrs to hang two doors! Really awful job, he also ruined by brand new carpet.
