At the start I found vasil friendly knowledgable and keen to get the job. He Quoted the whole job would take 4 days fand was the cheapest quote received but didn't finish on fourth day as expected. Stated he will be back on Wednesday but failed turn up and said later on he had To go work and would be over Saturday. Turned up Saturday with friend to complete the job. When he said he had finished I Went over the job and pointed out errors such as door hinges missing screws which he responded screws are rubbish instead of asking for new screws he was happy leaving a number of doors hanging with 1 screw on each hinge. Three of the six door stoppers were not pinned in level so the door either kicked out at the bottom of forward. Instead of just doing the adjustments he decided to argue saying I was looking for an excuse not To pay him. Refused leave my house until I paid him and was shouting so I called the police and he left prior to them arriving. Prior to starting He had never mentioned he wanted payment on daily rate until he finished first day work which I didn't like but agreed as his work was good. In summary His work is very good and I would prefer him to have completed the work and do adjustments but he attitude of someone making errors to avoid being paid is wrong. Made a little mess but cleaned up most of it. Would say use him if you can agree with payment terms and snagging on a daily basis.

I had a new patio and a garden fence installed. The end to end process was very smooth. Lee was really helpful in helping me chose materials and the design. He has lots of knowledge about what materials make sense depending on your needs and he seems to have good local contacts in Medway for supplying materials at a good price. He was very punctual and I always felt like he was keeping me informed about the progress he was making and when we would be complete. Lee is very skilled, he takes pride in his work and I highly recommend him. I'm delighted with the end product and will be using him again in the future.

Mr Ali was very professional and he even replaced my toilet seat with a new one and explained the reasons behind the issues with my existing toilet seat. He also helped with refitting my washing machine which was causing a lot issues in the past. Overall very happy with the service and I will definitely recommend to everyone.

When i was looking to change the boiler i took quotes from 5 companies. He explained to me all the work needed in his quote and work as per our availability. i was absolutely comfortable and can understand his very reasonable charges. He is a great professional, expert gas boiler installer, have a great team, keeps you informed of the work. he is very co-operative and helpful. In our case, the pipe work was more then he expected in the beginning but he never even told me of the additional work. His whole team is always smiling, on time, takes never stressed. They left the place absolutely tidy ( even better then before). I am so impressed that I already have recommended him to my friends. cannot praise him enough for his job. I am going to call him for my whole house underfloor heating job later. i am so happy with his job that i cant stop from writing such a detailed feedback ( generally i dont do it) as i sinecerely want to spread the word about his good work.
