Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

One of the most un-reliable plumber I have ever come across. I sent this man images of the job and explained to him what was required. I also explained the importance of this job. He confirmed he understood everything and the appointment was booked (a few days in advance). Well, he had other intentions: He left me a message around 1.5 hours before the appointment saying that he was ill. I stated that he can come in the afternoon or the next day. He kept on making excuses. I asked him to provide evidence of him being sick - he failed to do this also. Although people go get ill, I did expect him to provide evidence and attend at an alternative time.

Marcus and his team fitted and tiled our downstairs w/c. Our house had recently been renovated and the builders had been unable to finish what they set out to do so Marcus also ended up finishing the en-suite bathroom, put right some loose fittings in another and completed some tiling in the utility. Marcus came to quote for the initial job promptly and MPS provided a reasonable fixed price quote for the job. He was incredibly flexible when we added more work to the initial job (twice!). All work was carried out to a high standard in exactly the amount of time predicted. We're really happy with the results and will definitely have MPS back to do more work in future. The team at MPS have been really responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you want transparent, reliable and high quality work, then I'd highly recommend Marcus and MPS!

PERMAN WAS EASY TO MESSAGE TO ORGANISE THE JOB BEFORE COMING. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND WELL PRESENTED. THE CURTAIN POLES HE FITTED WERE DONE WELL AND IN A REASONABLE TIME. HE HUNG THE CURTAINS TOO. SOME DUST LEFT OVER BUT IT WAS EASY TO CLEAN AND JUST A SMALL AMOUNT. GOOD PRICE. WOULD HIRE AGAIN.
