The job is still unfinished pending the attention of a new tradesperson over the coming days. My general feedback is that the quality of work dabbled in by those in question, despite no work being completed fully, is not up to scratch and their attention to detail is a little short of pathetic. The tradespeople in question turned up late every day and charged more than the amount we had initially agreed in writing. Despite the fact that I did agree to pay an increment, in addition to the agreed amount, their attitude became more and more careless, cocky and disrespectful and of course the price for this job kept increasing. The last time had the pleasure of their expertise, I reluctantly used google translate to explain that there is no more room for negotiation on the grounds that I was already paying more than we had agreed in writing. I have not heard from them since.

Stefan did a great job in fitting two new radiators for us. He came to quote very quickly and then was able to fit the job in soon after. We are really pleased with the work and will definitely want him for other work in the future.

I very strongly recommend these guys. They work hard. They know what they are doing. They are very pleasant, polite and respectful. And they arrange doing the job conveniently. Also they troubleshoot diligently to make sure everything is on track and stays on track. A very positive experience indeed.

Outstanding. My perspective on the work assessment, process and completion could not be more positive. A wonderful team of knowledgeable and dedicated electricians. Highly professional in their work, always aiming to get the highest quality result. Communication was excellent - emails and telephone calls returned promptly and those working in my property were able to explain the issues, process and outcomes in language I could understand without the use of too much technical jargon, which would've left me feeling anxious. Certificates were completed and sent as soon as the job had been completed and the works were finished within the estimated time frame thanks to their dedication to their task. My property was kept tidy with minimal intrusive work and my opinion was sought when there was an option of how to proceed with a task if it required intervention that would affect the decoration of the room. These interventions have been minor and are easily touched up and most importantly I have fully functioning and safe electrics in my property.

Very disappointing experience. They left a broken office filing cabinet downstairs and could not dismantle or reassemble a simple beds without the installation guide. I had to show them how to do it. One bed was left unfinished, and they hid the missing parts so the issue would not be noticed. There were four people, they took much longer than expected, and still failed to complete the job. The worst part was the rude response when I sent a video showing the problems. I was told my bed was “too complex” and that I should find the installation guide, even though it was installed 10–15 years ago. It is unreasonable to expect anyone to keep those instructions for so long. When I asked for an invoice, they sent the wrong amount. After I requested a corrected invoice, they asked for my bank details to refund the difference instead. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company.

Fully electrify a new rear, 2 storey side, porch extension and shed. Arek was always the first one on site, worked very professionally, interacted well with the other builders and was happy to accommodate minor changes to the project. He suggested improvements to the the lighting layout and configuration were taken aboard. I highly recommend him and I'll also be using him to change my house consumer unit in the coming weeks.
