Painting & Decorating- 29 Mar 2018
This job didn’t go well. It went over time (2 weeks with two guys was promised - 1 guy, Kevin, came, and after 3 weeks, not even half was complete. The wallpaper wasn’t stripped properly, and was painted over. Woodwork and walls had thick streaks everywhere. Not enough coats of paint were used. Less than halfway through the job we decided to stop Kevin and cut our losses. Kevin admitted he’d done a bad job, and we paid half to be fair, though we ended up paying someone almost the entire quote to start much of it again, sand the streaks and paint (nobody wants to finish a bodged job). I leave this feedback 3 years later as it was a terrible experience, and now our experience redecorating (another property), where we have fantastic decorators, highlights how unfair it would be not to leave a realistic review.

Joinery & Cabinet Making- 19 Apr 2019
Marian is i would say a master craftsman . He did an excellent job with the 2 alcove bookshelves. The alcoves were big and i wanted most of the period features and he made it exactly as per my specifications he also helped mount my tv on one of the units and looks very clean and he also helped conceal all wiring for my electric fireplace. I will definitely use his services again.

Repointing- 12 Mar 2026
We had work done less than a year ago with multiple issues which had to be pointed out and asked to be rectified. I had a massive hole put through my wall and just filled with mortar and refused to be fixed on the inside of my property. I had to even the surface and plaster myself. Zach intentionally skipped jobs and only completed these on inspection. Two chimneys was included in the agreement but he later went back on this and demanded extra money for the work which we had to pay. Didn’t wash the building as promised. Didn’t clean gutters as promised as they were full of mortar and caused blockages when raining. As soon as he got paid spoke to me with great disrespect simply for wanting the job done as he promised and rectify the issues he caused. Extremely unprofessional. Now we are having issues with water ingress after mortar has come off and he is refusing to rectify once again.Ignoring all communication. AVOID. So if you looking for quality, professionalism, eye for detail and g

Extensions- 21 Jun 2017
COWBOYS! Absolute Nightmare! Marius left the job incomplete, after repeatedly demanding more money before completion! Not to be trusted! Workmanship wasn't as good as he would lead you to believe, I have pics & videos of: Cigarette butts in mortar. Bricklaying in the rain, not water-tight roof/felt work, drainage, unsafe electrical work which needs to be redone. Left my neighbour side of roof damaged + with a hole now for a month. Damaged door/table/gate. Of course, he denies any wrongdoing Please be very careful if you have to use this fraud. Get a FULLY detailed itemised quote! Draw up your own contract - do not use his. Do NOT ever pay CASH. Produce a schedule of works - pay him ONLY when the specific task is 100% complete - leaves lots of work unfinished but then lies claiming its complete at interim payments. Get a FIXED price for every aspect of work - do not have "TBC" or ambiguous costs - if he can charge more - he will. Do NOT use his electrician, cringeworthy attempt to "price up" a simple job and damaged roof. Buy ALL Materials yourself OR require receipts for anything he buys. Request ALL Invoices. Ensure he follows specs - offered me £250 off total job cost, if I used a inferior type of rooflight to the one required in spec. Ensure he doesn't keep rubbish on site, Hire a skip. Keep all communication on record, email, text, even voice record him as he is a pathological liar. Very dishonest, delusional and frankly embarrassing.
