We recently purchased a property in Hastings, that had lots of electrical faults. Martin carried out lots of work to my property, including changing lots of light switches, LED lighting and the installation of a new fuse box. His work was methodical and he did not miss a thing. I would recommend him whole heartedly to carry out any electrical work. His work is second to none, and I will be using his services again in the new year to carry out additional electrical work to the property. It's not often you find a reliable and trustworthy tradesperson, however Martin ticks all of the boxes. I hope that my positive review will bring lots of work Martin's way because he is one GREAT electrician!

Brad worked hard all day and did a great job of repointing the outside of my house. He is polite, friendly, kept me informed at all times and tidied everything up afterwards. I would definitely recommend him to others and will hopefully be using him again for some plastering work.

Ben came on a Saturday morning but couldn't complete the job that day, which initially wasn't his fault. However, what followed was a bunch of lies and unprofessionalism. He explicitly told us that if we paid the full amount, he would return to fit the radiators. We trusted him and paid in full, but we've never seen him again. He ghosted us four times, leaving us without radiators for a month and a half, right up until I had to threaten legal action. He broke his promise to return and breached the trust we showed by paying him upfront. We paid so much for a job that was never completed. It's lesson learned for us. I wish he had shown more common sense; even requesting extra money would have been better than just disappearing. He seems like a good lad, so it's nothing personal to him, but he is unprofessional and uncommunicative. Be aware: if you are in Tunbridge Wells, he is not your local plumber; he just registers himself in all the local catchment areas.

BEWARE!Jamie was hired to level the ground and to lay the patio/pathway.After delays Jamie started work 10/8. More than 50% was paid upfront. On day 1 Jamie was alone & stayed 1.5hrs.He took levels, told us about what a quick & easy job it was.Day2- 3men commenced the work. No issues were raised.They left early due to the heat saying "see you tomorrow". Day 3 - Jamie & his workers did not turn up. We tried to ring him but he would not answer his phone. 11.12 I received an email stating he had booked a drain engineer for the following week & would not be doing any more work until this person had used a camera to inspect our drains. We did not ask for this and do not want it.Jamie has told us that he will not continue work until we let this happen&then pay to rectify any problems they find,stating he would not continue until this had taken place or "you would have to pay the rest of the money with no patio at the end".Jamie refuses to answer the phone, all contact has been via email. He has repeatedly been asked to continue the work he was contracted to do or return the money he has been paid.He refuses to do either. He has left our garden unsafe for my children to use, with smashed up concrete path, he has left my drive unusable as it is piled high with the soil he was paid to remove. Jamie has even threatened to sue me if I leave any negative reviews of my experience. We have since discovered Jamie previously ran two drainage engineer companies, both of which have dissolved.
