Glyn and Martin did such a fantastic job on our kitchen. They removed a load bearing wall in our terraced cottage, and a second exterior load bearing wall to make way for glass doors across the back. This job needed 3 large steels, and as our house is set back from the road behind another row of houses, it has very tricky access and the steels were a very tight fit and hard to maneovre, which frightened off all the other builders we had to look at the job! They did a fantastic job! They're quick, helpful, hard working, smart and fun to have around. Glyn was available 24/7 for all my questions and had brilliant ideas. They're the best builders we've ever used, and we've used ALOT. I would 100% use them again! They impressed me and my husband from day one when Glyn came for an initial consultation and he took his shoes off and stayed for two hours! They came in bang on budget, no fuss or extras, didn't ask for any payments up front (apart from to buy the steels). They recommended a good structural engineer too. Thank you guys!

Absolutely great service, quality building and great team on our loft conversion. Would 100% recommend. We hired Steve for loft conversion on a 1950's semi. From the start he was punctual and professional. He took the time to come out to visit multiple times, looking over the plans. From the start his team were great, the scaffolding went up without any issue and they were carefull, tidy and professional. Steve and his team then set out and sped though the work always keeping the place tidy and minimising the disruption to us living in the house and the neighbours in the street. The work was carried out at the highest standard and was impressed with they work they have done. Even when they broke through the ceiling to fit the stairs they did it carfully to minimise the dust and dirt getting into the house. We are very happy with the quality of the build and the work Steve and his team have done. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend him to anyone

Three really nice fitted wardrobes for our master and biggest spare bedroom. To preserve floor space we were able to design a tri-fold door system, that has worked really well.The exteriors are simple, but good looking. I would use TOTO Interiors again, but would ensure I was very hands on with the instructions. I assumed (perhaps naively) that measurements would be questioned before aspects of the wardrobe were made. Unfortunately it was not until the fitting that I realised the rails were not high enough to hang my jumpers without them hanging over the bottom rail (perhaps I am very tall!). By then it was too late for changes to be made without leaving damage to the structure. It's not 100% what I wanted, but it is very nice.

I just cannot recommend Charlie too highly. He submitted a competitive quotation for the trench works that I needed doing to conceal a new electric power cable from my house to my garage (75 metres). This involved excavating the trench partly through a well consolidated pathway & then across my lawn. Charlie's communication was exemplary & he arrived exactly at the time & on the day that was agreed. He work incredibly hard during a stinking hot day & was determined to finish on that day - he worked solidly from 7.00am until almost 9.00pm to complete the job which he did. I now look at the areas that he excavated & it is difficult to to find the line of his work. He was always mindful that he was working in a home environment & was careful not to disturb my flower planters & borders etc. He tidied everything up on completion & I cannot now tell that he was here yesterday!!. If you need groundwork done & need someone reliable & hard working & conscientious, look no further than Charlie Cleaver. He is also such a nice & personable young man.

Jon was one of the few tradesmen who took the time to show real consideration to the job I'd asked them to quote for. Several others glanced at the site and issued a price very quickly without stopping to discuss some of the potential snags or concerns around drainage etc, which concerned me. Before appointing him and Jay to carry out the work, their communication was very good and once committed, I was kept well informed of their intended start date (understanding that the weather will often play havoc with outdoor jobs!). Jon and Jay arrived as planned, worked hard to complete the requested work in good time, and I felt that the end result was good value for money. They were friendly and considerate and left the site immaculately clean on completion. They also made very economical use of materials to control the cost of the job. I would be happy to recommend Paved In Stone (Jon and his team) to others.
