We hired Joseph to install a kitchen from Wren. We feel lucky to have found Joseph. He is hard working, knowledgable and detail oriented. There were a few issues with the products provided by Wren and the measurement of the worktop which Joseph was able to quickly identify, advise on and help resolve. I would say Joseph is the kind of person that goes over and beyond to do a good job. He’s also a very nice person and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Joseph if you’re looking for a skilled, reliable tradesman that will do a great job.

Next, you will need to call us at Vision to send out an emergency plumber to find and fix the leak, this is where trace and access cover may come in handy on your insurance policy. Discovering a leak in your home can be distressing enough, not knowing where the leak is coming from can add a whole host of extra problems. We'll be onsite within 60 min.

I appointed Vision Contracts as my preferred vendor for the Trace and Repair job based on their existing feedback and also their clarity of services that they were providing. Jack from Vision Contracts explained the steps clearly on the process of the trace and repair before making the appointment to visit. He came round and evaluated the situation and carried out some tests to see if he could identify the leaking source. He cut access hatches to see if the waste pipe to the bath was leaking and checked all the pipe work to the bath taps and behind both the washing mashing and dishwasher. As part of the flood test investigation of the the area, he noticed that there were faulty tiles where the water was cascading down the back of the bath and realized this was the issue. The works he carried out was very thorough and he left nothing to chance. All avenues were tested to ensure the job was completed to a high standard i.e. identification of the leak source. A temporary repair was put in place as this was not part of the agreement and photo evidence was shared (before, during and after) of the works performed. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Doda and his team are very professional, hard working he has done fantastic job not just on the front porch, which looks perfect and in keeping with our Victorian house features. We were so impressed with the quality of work that we kept finding other projects including a new front garden (designing, removing old slabs, levelling, tiling , picking up all materials for us), repositioning front gate. Than we moved to fixing wall in the back garden with a new decking top and removing old brick bbq and tiding up the whole garden. Doda also painted our kitchen, which had some serious cracks and the quality of this work is outstanding. Than we had new rose ceilings and new lights in some rooms. We are so happy with the quality of the work that we keep finding jobs for Doda. We also feel that Doda is a very flexible and understanding and absolutely lovely person to know as we enjoyed the chats and feel we got to know him and he us. Highly recommended, thank you Doda and your worker.

I cannot recommend John from Pacho Create Ltd highly enough. I'm a very particular client with high standards, I was impressed by his care, patience, and professionalism throughout. He clearly takes pride in delivering quality work and paid close attention to every detail. Living in a small flat, I was concerned about dust, but John proactively created a solution to minimise disruption, which I really appreciated. He also gave excellent advice on budget-friendly waterproofing products. We had a challenge with large-format tiles, but John worked closely with me to plan the layout, ensuring a natural, balanced finish. The workmanship is outstanding – minimal wastage, precise alignment, and superb attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John again, in fact, I’m already planning to have him back to tile around my bath in the near future. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable professional.

Replacing cords and rebalancing, replacing the beads or broken glass, fitting new locks and security restrictors, replacing double glazed units, front door repainting, masonry repairs and repainting. Excellent work, can't recommend highly enough. AMR offers great value and service — turned up on time, got the work done without any problem, found another issue with my flue and was able to fix that for a good price too. More than willing and able to explain issues and investigate something that had gone through other tradespeople (a boiler engineer and gas emergency personnel) to diagnose what went wrong and reassure us we wouldn't run into other issues.
