  Indyreshpal was extremely professional. He plastered my bedroom walls and ceiling, added coving and scerting as well as painted and wall papered my room. He was efficient and his work was of a very good quality. Very happy with his work and definitely will use him again for future work.

  Restoration & Refurbishment- 16 Jan 2017

  Hired to remove 3 ceilings, clear and dispose in my skip, make good bathroom led lights that had been installed incorrectly, this required removing and re installing tiles as well. Price agreed was £950. I also hired to completely gut out a bedroom and make a doorway for an en-suite, this work was agreed at £5500 exc of materials. Tiler made a complete mess of the tiles which had cost me nearly £900 . Michael then began to blame the walls for the poor work, although he had agreed the work was sub standard. I suggested allowing me to use another tiler that I knew, however Michael was adamant he wanted to use the same tiler again. Once again the work was of a really poor quality. I then had my tiler repair the damages at a cost of £935 including materials. Michael then became very upset and didn't want to pay for the repairs and wanted to leave site with all work outstanding. I agreed £700 towards the repairs, and to deduct this from the overall balance. Michael gutted the bedroom, made a hole for the en-suite doorway, put up 1 partition, first fix electrics and skimmed the bedroom ceiling. I had paid Michael a total of £3350 by this stage. Then all of a sudden he text me to say he was leaving site with all his tools as he had to leave the country in an emergency. Michael is now refusing to refund me any monies as he believes he has spent more than what I have paid him. I am currently £4285 out of pocket. I will let you make up your mind if he is to be trusted.
