I worked with A.P. Interiors for around a month and paid him in full. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. Communication became poor, he repeatedly failed to turn up when agreed without notice, and I found him unreliable. I had given him a significant amount of work and expected a much more professional approach. Based on my experience, I would not use him again.

David did an excellent job for me, laying tiles in two hearths in a classic victorian style. David is a really skilled and professional tiler, he has a lovely manner and is a real gentleman. He was considerate and kept me fully involved in all the little details as the job progressed. David has real pride in his work and great attention to detail.

Fantastic workers. Very helpful; the prices are good. They provide everything (paint, materials, etc.). If, like me, you struggle to know what to buy in these situations or don't have transport to get the materials, Baserd's company definitely helps with that. I would definitely recommend them.

Ammar was good at communicating his plans and arrived on time ready for the job. I was really pleased with the end result and his price was very reasonable. Would definitely use him again.

We had a leaky flat roof to fix. Safet was really polite and helpful throughout - from the moment he had to come to check the roof (around the time that suited us) to the day of the work. He arrived on time and got on with his work which was thorough and of high quality. He left the site spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending Safit.

Patrick was helpful and quick to contact and was able to come the next day for the work. The guys who came to do the work were polite, friendly and helpful (Ian and Mickey I believe) they cleared all gutters, checked down pipes and sealed leaking gutters as discussed & quoted. Would use again.

Ross has excited expectations in conducting the job I hired him for. The job consisted in locating and eliminating a bathroom smell, and he contacted the job successfully and at really affordable rates. The communication from the offset was timely, concise and clear. He visited my property once and tackled the issue, offering to come back free of charge in case the issue would persist. After his first intervention the smell nearly went away, but came back after a few days, way less prominently than originally. As promised, Ross came back free of charge and tried another solution, which solved the problem entirely. Throughout, I was impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommended!

Could not recommend more highly, the best client service and product I have ever received. This is a father and son team who absolutely shattered expectations - we genuinely consider ourselves so lucky to have found David and his father and couldn't be happier with their service. On the first meeting their expertise was immediately obvious, with just a single walk through of the property being enough for them to identify what we needed and pick up on details that only comes from years and years of practical experience. That set the tone for rest of the relationship, with there being so many instances of them going out of there way with no other intention than to provide the best client outcome possible. Here are just a few examples that show their genuine client care and professionalism: - David was constantly available on WhatsApp or the phone to answer questions or provide advice with almost instant responses. I don't think I've ever experienced better client service in any context. - David and his dad personally ran around London for days trying to find replacement doors that fit the frames, picked up paints from the store, found and purchased appropriate fittings like door stops, light switch covers etc. - these small things were taken care of us with just us needing to approve options they found in store. It was a massive time and stress saver for us. - we were doing this on the fly so evolved our requirements almost constantly throughout the project - these were always accommodated and not only that, with such a positive and helpful attitude that it made our lives so much easier - when retiling the bathroom they informed me they would have to take the cabinets out to tile underneath - I suggested they could tile around it but insisted that it should be done in case we ever wanted to replace the cabinet. They did this at no extra cost to ourselves, just extra work for them which underscores their professionalism. - they gave proactive advice on so many aspects of the project, including the most appropriate paints and floor varnishes, proactively identifying design faults that we were not aware of and remediating them (e.g. very oddly placed light switches), identified a pretty shoddy job of repairing a leak in the loft and future proofed it for us which is again something we would never have been aware of until another leak occurred, they even proactively put a small sliding door into the bathtub panelling (no extra cost) to ensure any future plumbing issues could easily be investigated. - they were unbelievably clean which was such a nice bonus - the property was immaculate at the end of every day, and for me that showed a level of respect for clients and the property that is so hard to find. - measurements - they took care of all of these for us , including tile measurements, blinds, garden edging etc. - it was such a luxury to be able to just be told how much of each needed to be ordered and they were 100% accurate - again such a time and stress saver for us. These are just some examples of our experience, I can honestly say that this is the lever of service we received throughout. With such an amazing service you might think that they would have charged a premium. This was not the case, in fact the opposite, I could easily see another contractor charge 2-3 times what we paid, and it is particularly impressive when you consider the flawless finishing and breadth of work they undertook - the whole house repainted (walls, ceilings, cabinets), the flooring sanded and revarnished plus carpet upstairs taken out and floorboards repaired, painted and varnished, garden landscaped, bathrooms retiling, fireplace retailing, toilets replaced, light switches rewired etc - it was a full makeover. They also achieved all this in 2 weeks - that is no mean feat but is even more impressive when you consider that our requirements were constantly evolving - they took all in their stride and just replanned sequencing of activities to accommodate us. We have since passed David's details onto no less than 5 friends who have all been absolutely delighted, so we've put our recommendation into practice!

Tani did a great (and swift) job on a bedroom renovation project. It included taking down an old wall and some built in wardrobes and putting up a new wall with an enclosed sliding door. Was really impressed by their speed and professionalism, especially when coming up with ways to achieve the effect I wanted even with constraints around room size. Super efficient and I’m very happy with the finished product! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tani and his team to others.

Denis and his team did a fantastic job renovating our garden. We were starting completely from scratch with a full garden transformation, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Our house has no side access, so every material had to be taken through the house. Denis and his team took great care to protect our property throughout the project, always cleaned up after themselves, and left everything tidy at the end of each day. The work included digging and laying foundations, installing a new patio, fencing, sleeper planters, and decorative detailing around a tree. Denis followed the design carefully, offered helpful advice where needed, and the finished garden looks even better than I had imagined.
