As our kitchen lights were not working, it was a bit of an emergency and Adrian took the trouble to come over very promptly to sort it out. There were several small jobs to be done, of varying complication and they were all completed very efficiently with effective consultation, troubleshooting and useful advice, with a very fair price charged. Highly recommended - would definitely use again.

I was excited when Ross came to quote for the job after finding his team could carry out a lot of the work needed on my house. We agreed on a price per day for joinery work and what the hours were. I was told I would be getting 2 skilled men to complete the tasks. When Ross realised how much work i needed doing he reduced the daily rate by £60 per day. I should have seen warning bells as agreed start dates kept being missed. I noticed that one man sent was skilled and the second was not skilled but learning (scaffolder, day 1 of new job). I was paying for 2 skilled men when all one was doing was sweeping up. Once the jobs were discussed (approx 5), they both left for materials and i thought one could have stayed to do some work. On returning they had not got all the materials needed which meant another trip to the merchant at my expense! I wrote an email to Ross to complain about the lack or work carried out for day 1 and the lack of experience with the second man. I was told the next time i would be given 2 skilled men. Then next time after more cancellations 2 men arrived and not long I realised again the 2nd man was not a skilled joiner, but a ex-landscaper. At one point he was sat on his backside for 2 hours watching the skilled chap doing his work. I received a phone call after 2 days from Ross saying his accountant said he had to put day rates back up - so was not happy after agreeing a price he would then renege! In all accounts I would not recommend.

I would highly recommend this company. Ross & Nick were superb, honest in their assessment & knowledgeable in their resolution. After cloud bursts that are becoming more common in the UK, the corner of my conservatory leaked badly. The original fitting of the box gutter also looked suspect as it had warped the corner windows. Other companies that attended, without fail, tried to sell me a new roof. No-one was interested in fixing the faults or getting to the route cause. On RP's initial visit they provided me with sound advice on the potential rectification including renovating the box gutter, fitting required box gutter brackets which were sadly missing on the original fit, straightening the warped windows etc. Whilst on site they also uncovered a badly fitted part of the conservatory which also contributed to the leaking.This was only visible after deconstruction. They were so good, I also asked if they could do some additional work on the conservatory (new sills) as well as new fascia & soffit on my external utility / shower room. Again no problem, they were more than happy to assist and include in their schedule. They did a superb job for a reasonable price. They know what they are doing, are professional & honest, did not try to oversell as everyone else tried to do. The repairs were of a high standard and included creating a bespoke box gutter bracket fittings (very creative). Highly recommended for conservatory repairs / renovation. Job well done!

Spike and Jeff have done a fantastic job of our loft conversion. They clearly know exactly what they’re doing and give their clients the benefit of their experience. We really liked their flexible approach, allowing us to decide on room layouts and window positions during the build. They have a great group of tradesmen supporting them.
