Stuart did a great job. Showed up to quote for no charge. Did the work as agreed, on the day that we agreed for the price we agreed. It's weird to me that "did what he said he would" is such high praise but I guess that's life. PS: Apologies for taking so long to leave this feedback Stuart I thought I'd done it already.

Henderson completed my ceiling repair job in a professional and efficient manner. The result was very satisfactory and I particularly appreciated their attention to the protection laid to prevent soiling carpeting, walking route through building and my hallway and in place furniture. I recommend Henderson for all plastering including restoration jobs like mine. Bruce McCullough.

I’m so glad I found these two ladies to paint my flat. They were fantastic from the moment they arrived – friendly, professional, and super easy to work with. They painted my whole two-bedroom flat and also removed some old wallpaper that had been bothering me for ages. The difference is incredible! The flat feels brighter, cleaner, and so much more modern now. They were quick but really thorough, and they clearly cared about doing a good job.

Douglas and his team were timely and professional. I am impressed with their expertise and they ensured that the work completed was of high quality. Good value. They went beyond just installing both a front and interior door but also took their time to ensure the area was thoroughly clean once work was completed. Thank you Douglas and Nathan for helping out getting the new door unstuck in between the staircase even though it wasn't part of your duties. I'm hoping to hire you soon for other carpentry work and some decorating throughout the flat.

I hired Robert from R B Sparks Ltd, Robert turn up on the day arrange and on time, Robert Removed two old outside lights and fitted two new Outside lights, Robert did a very professional Job, Robert did all the checks required and found that one of the Outside Lights were incorrect, Robert want all the way to Tonbridge and collected the correct light, and fitted the light on that day, I would Highly Recommend Robert from R B Sparks if you want a Professional Electrician.

Abdul cane to estimate the job. He started working the next day. He changed a completed bathroom. New toilet, new basin and new shower and base. Also fitted a hot water boiler for the basin. He completed the job and I was happy to pay him for his speedy work.

Miguel has done a fantastic job with what was a slightly trickier job than originally thought. He was prompt with responses, provided advice on what was required to be purchased, gave a clear and reasonable quote and was quick to come round and get the job done. He problem solved on site and came back off his own back to 'fine tune'. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again and have already recommended his services to friends.

Met Ibrahim and his Father, we are so glad we ended up picking them to do the work with their team. Top quality from start to finish and always communicating with you (and answering ALL the questions). Very transparent with their pricing everything itemised down to the penny. The Team were so respectful, clean and tidy and very hard working. if you want any upgrades they were always happy to comply and couldn't be more helpful regarding any snagging. I know I didn't make it easy, but my out house looks amazing with my vision and there hard work and determination they absolutely smashed it. This was an exceptionally stress free build. Delivered on time with no hidden costs and kept informed throughout. Lovely people to deal with so would highly recommend Triada Building a professional company. The bar quality is excellent. Constantine did a great job from the start. As soon as I shortlisted him, he called and came around straight away to estimate the work . The job package involved.. 1) Painting all the rooms apart from one bedroom 2) Hall celling painting 3) Painting the conservatory archway 4) Wooden frames painting Constantine gave a realistic price and timescale and his team did a great job. They were very professional in applying masking tapes in the joints and the job was very neat. I also requested the team to fix a wooden trim and fix a floorboard in the storage and they happily fixed it. I would thoroughly recommend Constantine and would hire the team again. Thank you
