Large job, internal building work (altering wall positions) and redesigning/refurbishing of two bathrooms in very old cottage. Well planned, managed and delivered. High quality and beautiful finish, work delivered to cost and scope (very slightly delayed due to additional reinforcements required to floors). Very pleased and would recommend.

Matt rang me very soon after asking for a gardener .We talked about what I needed doing and he booked me in for the following week . The work he got done was great the garden look transformed. He is now going to come twice a mth . His price are Good we came to an agreement that suited us both . Would total recommend him .

I originally posted the job for inspection only of the existing heating controls, but then added a service to the whole heating system (boiler and hot water cylinde). I felt Ben from SureFlow was really professional, experienced and kept me informed along the way. He managed to get the service job done at no rush and got the radiators checked for their balance too. We ended up discussing my thoughts about upgrading to smart controls which he, again, demonstrated knowledge and provided great advice. I most certainly will be using SureFlow Plumbing and Heating Ltd in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them for a quality and trusted job.

We are beyond happy with our finished kitchen and extremely grateful for the hard work Tom and Jordan put into it. Tom co-ordinated the whole project, maintaining excellent communication with us throughout. He was able to factor in additional requests and overcome any problems we encountered quickly and effectively without delaying the agreed final date. We felt that Tom completely understood what we were trying to achieve with the kitchen and working with him gave us great peace-of-mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. Mitch and his team were efficient at building the retaining wall in my garden, working on a Saturday to get the job done. The work was completed to a very high standard. The wall had to be left slightly unfinished in order for other works to happen first, so Mitch promised to come back and finish off the wall at no additional cost later in the week. After some chasing, Mitch came back to finish the wall by himself the following Saturday. This was also completed to a high standard. We would highly recommend Mitch’s service for an efficient, high standard output.

The install of the kitchen took longer than we anticipated, mostly due to Dave finishing at 2pm each day. What should have been a 2 weeks project extended into 6 weeks - Dave was not the cleanest either and left considerate mess after himself. He cut the tiles in our garage which was absolute disgrace and the mess is unbelievable! Overall, good quality of install but lacking the high level finishing touches and cleanliness. When confronted at the end, Dave made a scene and did not seem to understand our view point. For what we spend with him, I would have expected more and higher lever of service - we will certainly NOT go back using Dave's services!
