Ranking Lubi's work only "Positive" doesn't do justice to him or his work. Lubi was outstanding and professional from the day he quoted until he left, having completed his job along with dozens of additional bits that arose along the way and were not on the original job request. Lubi spent little over over a month on all of the wood-work including a full kitchen installation, door and window frames and skirting board for an entire three-bedroom flat. Without failure, Lubi arrived to work by 8AM having already done his materials shopping required for the day. Although this seems like a small thing, it perfectly reflects Lubi's character of being fully prepared in order to dedicate himself entirely to his job rather than having to make trips during the day to fetch materials - as many tradespeople seem to do, wasting valuable hours in the middle of the day. Lubi's work is to a very high standard and I never got the impression he was attempting to cut corners or rush his job to finish it quicker. This was evidenced as he removed all the doors once he was done to allow the frames to be painted, only to have to come back and hang them again a month later! Lubi has now offered to go above and beyond, and without hesitation return again to fix a wood flooring issue cause by a previous under-qualified tradesperson. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lubi and look forward to calling upon him for my next carpentry needs. A 10/10 carpenter, well worth the very reasonable price!!

Bathroom Fitting- 26 Jul 2015
Mick and his team were courteous, friendly and very professional. Mick went out of his way to help us through every stage of the refurbishment as we weren't always sure what we wanted and helped us choose the suite, taps, shower etc. His prices were very fair and the work was completed on budget, he also shared a few ideas to help us save money. Mick was tidy and rubbish was taken away quickly and the work was completed on schedule. The end result is fantastic! The bathroom looks better than we had hoped and has been finished to a very high standard. Mick always went the extra mile showing real commitment to the project and a very high attention to detail. We're extremely grateful for all his hard work and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Tausif was able to come and complete the job at a mutually agreeable time. He was very efficient and thorough, and completed the job to a high standard. We even asked him to mount a mirror while he was here (not listed in the original job) and he was happy to do it! Pricing was very reasonable and transparent from the start; Tausif sent me a quote before starting the job which we both agreed on. He was very professional and communication was great. This is my reference of builder and all round handyman Radu. I found him to be the best builder I have ever had in the 26 years that I have been living in London. He is always on time and no problems to be around solves problems and I most certainly will not be getting any other builder from now on except Radu to work on both my properties in Kensington Chelsea and Kensington Olympia . He is fantastic at decorating does not take ages to do a job and is totally honest and absolute dream to have around and has had many years of experience . I will for sure refer him onto any of my friends who may need building works and or rennovations done to their homes or properties. His standards are high and he is such a hard working man I have never seen anything like him before. I totally trust Radu

I would thoroughly recommend Man About The House. Mr Rall and his team did a complete refurbishment of my 4 bedroom house which consisted of a new bathroom, kitchen, plastering of walls, ceilings and redecorating both upstairs and downstairs. New wooden flooring was fitted downstairs. The quality of work was to a very high standard and finished on time. The complete refurbishment was kept within budget. I would not hesitate in calling Mr Rall for any further work and would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely exceptional service from Nima and his colleague. These two were absolutely fab, fitting me in last minute and taking lots of care in their work. They kept me informed of everything that could potentially be an issue, and allowed me to make decisions as to my preferences. My wardrobe actually had a damaged door and my bed was missing parts, so the job couldn’t be completed on the first visit. However, they were extremely understanding and arranged to come back as soon as the replacements had arrived. This has now been done and they have completed the job excellently - I’m extremely happy with the results. Both of them were extremely friendly, knowledgable and a delight to have trusted. I would definitely recommend NKH Construction and absolutely would use them again!

Daniel and his tradesman did a wonderful job re-tiling my kitchen, and parts of my bathroom. They worked hard and got the jobs done to the time they set. However, time keeping themselves was a bit questionable. Other than that, I'd recommend them to anyone reading this.
