DO NOT USE THIS FIRM Alex’s talent is as a salesman. We had him do some gates on our property and they were okay except communication was extremely poor and the price went up apparently for subcontractor costs. As luck would have it he was on the property when we had to have part of our deck lifted for drain repair and he said he could do that and replace the deck when works finished, during that he talked his way into the deck extension we were considering. This was not so good, unfinished edging, too few screws, rough sawing, but by then he had talked us into letting him replace a lean to roof, which we’re considering, he convinced us this would be much more expensive next year due to material costs. DREADFUL OUTCOME! The roof which had been serviceable now leaked in numerous places. The flashing was almost none existent, beams were split by nail gun awful finishing all round. We had to have it made right by a real roofer and we are in the process of trying to claw back costs!

Overall I was impressed at the speed the plumber worked. The guys are decent for that price and very friendly. Lovely tiling job on the bathroom floor. The only problem I have, is that the toilet is not siting straight and over time the seat constantly works it’s self off to one side. Plus the wall has split behind it. So I will need to have some work re done, which is always annoying. I want to give them nice feedback because they are hard workers and pleasant with it.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Gary came round the next day for an estimate, came back within a couple of days with a team of another two guys and completed several different jobs in the one day (on a sunday.) The guys didn’t even take a break, were professional, polite, efficient and done an outstanding job. Gary went out of his way to do small jobs that i was going to get several different handymen to do. He also completed extra touch ups without me asking or getting charged for. Will definitely be contacting him and his team in future. Work looks outstanding!
