After one initial setback on start day the job went very well. Julian did an excellent paint job after vastly improving the look of some pretty old stairs by filling, caulking and sanding them first. He was efficient and pleasant to have around and worked quickly with little mess. I would definitely hire him again for further painting work.

James and his team are truly a breath of fresh air. Have dealt with a few contractors in my time and have been messed about, but on this occasion it went exactly as laid out and the work was immaculate. Very tidy, punctual and hard working. Would definitely recommend and will use again for up coming work.

Mark was really friendly and professional when he came to quote and after being hired for the job was very patient with me as I tried to sort the delivery of my cooker, which took longer than expected! I wasn't home when he came to complete the work but my partner said he and his colleague had a very careful approach and made sure to show him everything they'd done before leaving. Overall very happy and will keep his number on my phone for any future jobs!

We recently had an extension done on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the builders were incredibly professional, attentive, and easy to work with. They truly listened to our ideas and brought our vision to life exactly as we had hoped. One of the most impressive things was the pace at which they worked—everything progressed much quicker than we anticipated, without ever compromising on quality. They were extremely efficient and well-organized throughout the entire project. What really stood out to us was how considerate they were during the build. They made a genuine effort to ensure we were not disturbed or inconvenienced by the work going on. It made a potentially stressful process feel smooth and manageable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had Frampian come out to install a big awning on our patio and honestly, couldn't be happier. Guy knows what he's doing — every measurement was spot on, and the whole thing looks super clean and professional. He was also just really easy to have around — polite, friendly, and kept everything tidy while he worked. Didn't leave a mess behind either, which is always a plus. Would 100% call Frampian again for any future projects. Highly recommend if you want the job done right without any hassle!

The work required replacement of an existing concealed concentric shower valve in the bathroom. Xjavier explained the replacement options and difficulties with the current layout in particular the future maintenance should there be another breakdown. I was shown many examples of allied plumbing workmanship and excellent finishing. Xjavier also gave examples of the new shower type. The work including replacement of tiles and full reinstatement and use of the new but now exposed luxury mixer shower was completed the following day with little rest and completely tidily. Everything was cleared away as if there had not been a visit. I could not have wished for more. Xjavier is very knowledgeable, well mannered and a credit to his plumbing and heating profession. There would be no hesitation to seek his quality services again in the future
