I would not recommend this company. They carried out a plumbing installation, but I had concerns from the outset that parts were not fitted correctly. They returned once to inspect and make changes, but the issue continued. I raised further concerns by message and was assured everything had been installed properly. After further investigation, it became clear the parts had been installed incorrectly, causing the ongoing plumbing problems I am now experiencing. I emailed them giving one final opportunity to return and rectify the issue, explaining that if they did not respond I would instruct another plumber and seek to recover the repair costs. My email, calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored for weeks. When I called from a different number, they answered, said they were very busy and promised to call back within 30 minutes. This never happened. Unfortunately, they have failed to stand behind their workmanship, leaving me to resolve the issue myself and recover the associated costs.

We needed a rear extension built with an internal courtyard. From day one when we first contacted Mert to get a quote he was professional and easy to talk to. His quote was good value for money. During the job he and his team were approachable, careful with our property and always easy to talk to and answer questions we had. He worked hard and got the job done but it wasn’t stress free for me. I wouldn’t say don’t hire,but some things to note.1. He will take off doors but will charge to put them back on but he let me know. 2. He isn’t very good with patterned tiles so use AI to decide beforehand. I had to ask him to redo a bit that was just random tile bits and he wasn’t happy about it. He broke the wall to make two tiles fit instead cut correct angle.3. asked me what height I wanted the skirting, asked his advice& agreed to it. Later when he discovered both plug sockets sat at bit under the skirting, he said I should have thought about that when I decided on the height!It’s costing a pretty penny to have the sockets moved. 4. If you ask him to use self levelling compound or black grout he will complain a lot, even when (SLC) it and lots of pictures were in the job description he quoted for. 5. He cannot cut neat circles in tiles.

I would never recommend this builder. Jack promised my room would be completed in 3 days, but it took much longer, cost far more than agreed, and is still unfinished. He is super expensive as he hires other people to do the job and he doesn’t take responsibility for the results. The 1st builder was waste of time, leaving a curved wall. A 2nd builder had to fix the mistakes, and I was charged extra for it. I was also overcharged for skirting, despite Jack claiming he made no profit while all payments went to his account. Everything was agreed in writing before the work started, including cables and reinstalling the heater, but I had to hire an electrician and plumber on my own cost. The painter didn't protect my new floor, leaving paint stains everywhere, and didn't even sanded the walls properly (amateur work!). Poor workmanship, broken promises, constant extra charges, and aggressive demands for payment. I paid much more than expected and still don't have a finished room after 3 weeks

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I initially hired you to fix a leak, but the same issue reoccurred just a month later. When I contacted you, you said will go on a Monday and didnt turn up, when I sent you several messages after a week you said you were in the hospital, which I completely understood and respected. However, weeks later you promised to return on a Thursday to check the problem, and you never showed up or contacted me to explain. Since then, you’ve ignored my messages entirely. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing issues in someone’s home.
