had decking done and my front fence front fence one of the post was left loose and had a big gap in it and the iron fence was cut with one of the arched left hanging not that good at tidying up left a mess decking thought was good but after looking in more details there no fascia on the end and the last decking board to be laid as a gap along it again left a mess they dumped concrete in my flower beds when i spoke to ian he said he would come around on the sat told him i would be away from 10am he said he would get there for 930am 10am no one arrived so i called ian who said the guys was meant to be there (which they wasn't) he said they will correct the post and fence and take away the concrete ,so i told him to send them back on wed to do the work which he agreed ,at 430pm on the sat (i was away as he knew) they came to finish the work as i could see them on my ring door bell so i thought on wed they would return to remove the concrete which they did not ,so i can not leave a good review as i gave them the option to put things right before i put a review whilst painting the fence post today i can see that the concrete on some of the post on my neighbour side as been mixed in with mud which is wet, would not use them again and the commutation was poor

Came over quoted, we accepted the quote and arranged a start date of 1st April (2 Weeks time). Very disappointed as night before cancelled stating “personal circumstances” and we had floor layers booked two days later so not impressed. Guess this is what happens when you try and give someone with 0 feedback a chance. Shame as seemed a nice guy. We will stick to reputable traders from now on.

This job was not done to a standard that I am happy with, very poor work workmanship. Some things not been done such as beading around the window, lack of care with windowsill, which now needs replacing. I have a un plastered area behind my radiator which I was told would be done. Not shown common courtesy off being polite when contacting him about these problems and re visiting the job and listening to the issues we had. He did offer to rectify it but wasn't happy for him to do so as such a poor job was not done to any standard. Poor customer experience all round

He gave me the impression that this was the first time he had carried out such a task. After damaging two new worktops he left for the day. The next day he texted me to say he would not be returning due to mental illness and had been told to rest by his doctor. I continued to complete the job myself.
