They were hired to put in a Fire Door. My ad very clearly stated that they needed to be certified. And that the door needed to comply with regulations. To date, I don’t have their certification. Don’t hire them to do a Fire Door. They don’t know what they’re doing. Almost everything was wrong. The workmanship was terrible. I have received what I considered to be bullying because I refused to pay them until they made it right. The door But things got so bad that I’m going to get someone else to fix it. Because even them coming back to fix things, the things they were going to do were against Fire standards such as perko Door closers in the door. I’ve learned that those are not allowed. They’re not up to fire regulations. The door wouldn’t even shut because they put 1 tiny little perko in that couldn’t possibly shut door. Me,not knowing they’re not up to standard, suggested that they get another one which they agreed. But in fact, They are not even allowed on fire doors. Do not hire

Agreed a price and date given to install the door. The night before I received a message saying that his van had broken down but if I was willing wait he could still do the job as he had the door and materials so I agreed I would wait. I asked that he contact me to arrange another date in a few days, as I had heard nothing from Ross I messaged him, he apologised and said that he was having trouble getting the materials and getting them to me, confused as he said he had them!! Not very professional.

DO NOT HIRE RENNATO. Rennato is the worst builder I've hired for work in my whole life. I have never been insulted and threatened by someone's demeanour before. He appeared to be intoxicated every time he came for work and one day when we discussed his payment and prices had been agreed on and settled, he went home and started calling/sending me abusive messages telling me that he will trespass into my house and dump rubbish into it. I have picture evidence of his messages. Save yourself the stress and hire someone else instead.

Let down twice . Start date agreed and failed to deliver the service as agreed . Not sure reasons given were plausible. Feel fobbed off . Hired another company who start tomorrow.

Cowboys. Do NOT use. Promised would be able to build to small cupboards in an afternoon and did not deliver. Came and started the work and it was clear mid way through the job that they could do the work and left quickly. I suspect this is due to their age and so lack experience and talent. They asked for money for supplies and then did a runner. The wood they cut for a cupboard isn’t even straight and left the place in a terrible state. Claimed he had an important meeting and could not come back the following day. Ignoring calls and messages now. Highly unprofessional and will be reported. 100 % a rough trader. He’s now claiming he hasn’t done the work, lol see below. I have all the messages saved and calls logged from this guy. DO NOT USE Attached texts to prove that this guy is incredibly unprofessional and has bought tools with money that we have given him and will be using to complete other work
