Brilliant and professional work carried out from start to finish – I am more than happy with the work, and so was my Dad who is usually hard to impress. Savvi and his team worked incredible hard and to one of the highest standards I have seen in a long while – even tidied up after themselves at every stage. Savvi’s quote for the front and back garden fences to be replaced was spot on and no hidden charges – and they even treated the wood for me and took away the old fence. So pleased with my new front and back garden fence that I have already recommended Savvi and is team to my family and friends. Feeling blessed to have found a good team - will definitely keep them in mine should I have any other work in the pipeline.

Didn't show up for appointment , chased up no reply . Would not recommend. CN Joinery never gave a price and never showed up to evaluate the work nor responded when chased. Gave other options on timing 4.30pm later today but CN chose the morning time 8.10-8.30am saying that was more suitable for him.

Date set 4 weeks away. No confirmation of arrival time. Arrived at 1 15pm but no feathered edging panels. Fitter stated he would put arris rails in place and return next day to finish. With my dog and neighbours dog ..temporary separation of gardens overnight totally unsatisfactory. Very disappointing result considering time of 4 weeks to prepare and was told that new fence would only take about 4 hrs. Job cancelled

Roger was great. He thought out of the box and helped us to make the most of the space that we had available by suggesting things we had not thought of. The finished attic looks amazing. Roger and his man Taffy really did work hard, no time-wasting or not turning up. Communication was very very good.

BE AWARE!!! THIS COMPANY ARE CON MEN! THIS MAN TOOK MY DEPOSIT OF £250.00 THEN DISAPPEARED. THEN SENT HIS FATHER ANOTHER SIDNEY JONES. HE THREATENED ME THAT IF I DID NOT PAY THAT DAY THE WORK WOULD NOT BE DONE. THEN WHEN IT CAME TO DOING THE JOB THEY HAD NO EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS. THEY DID NOT DO ANY GROUND WORKS AND THOUGHT THEY WOULD JUST POUR CONCRETE INTO MY GARDEN WITHOUT PREPARING THE GROUNDS. WHEN I SAID NO, THEY BECAME AGGRESSIVE. IT WAS A SMALL AREA OF 10ft x 7ft. THEY HAVE CREATED A HUGE BIRD BATH 10ft x 4ft. I REPORTED THIS TO THEM. SIDNEY JONES THE FATHER SAID HE WOULD ATTEND TODAY TO FIX IT. I DID NOT HAVE ANY CONFIDENCE THAT HE WOULD TURN UP AS HE PREVIOUSLY PROVED THAT WITH MORE THAN SIX MISSED APPOINTMENTS. HE HAS PROVEN TO BE UNTRUSTWORTHY & UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO IGNORE MY REQUESTS TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED. NOW THE LEGAL ACTION WILL COMMENCE!! SIDNEY JONES, BOB THE BUILDER HAS MORE QUALIFICATIONS!

Adam was keen to take on the job and was punctual. He turned up in a car so it appears he doesn’t work as a decorator full time. He didn't appear to be very experienced but in all fairness he dis manage to complete the job to a standard that was just about acceptable. I was disappointed at the speed the job progressed, in My opinion an experienced decorator would have done the same job in half the time taken by Adam. I would recommend Adam if time isn't an issue for you and you are happy with a quality of work thats just about acceptable.

Overall I am pleased with how the fence looks, the materials look good. Although Mr Little visited the property to give a quote for the works he decided the quote was too low & needed to add a sum of almost £700 extra. This shows unprofessionalism. The work ethic was some of the most bizarre I have ever seen, over 4 days the gentleman from LO Property arrived at different times, getting later throughout the week.They stood around looking at their mobiles much more than I would have liked. The 1st day only 3 concrete posts were removed, I understand much cannot be done on the first day due to deliveries and such but there were 2 of them. There was plenty of work to be getting on with, it felt very unorganised. The 2nd day, half of the concrete post fence was put up, that is much more like the level of work I would come to expect, however this did not last long as on the 3rd day it was yet another doss day. The final day was a complete rush, the job was finished but it was obvious it was rushed. A lot of rubbish was left; a few small tools were left. I wanted to mention the 2 gentlemen that did most of the labour were very polite and professional. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Mr Little, I was not kept updated with the works and the plan of action of each day. He avoided eye contact with me when I did talk with him, when I saw him in the garden mostly he was on his mobile. I just got the feeling he didn't need this job & didn’t want to do it.
