D&S driveways price was very competitive. They completed the job promptly and within the week which was planned. On the last day of work D&S up-sold some "sealant" which was not mentioned at any point prior (NOT CHEAP EITHER), I decided to take the so called sealant probably in error. After a conversation with D&S they returned the following week and "re-applied" some more sealant. Read in to that how you want. D&S motto at the quote stage was "you don't pay unless you are happy" however there was pressure immediately to pay for the job after completion (i.e. within a couple of hours) with talk of having to pay for supplies/ rental for the job. Also, read in to that how you want. Overall happy with the driveway - bar a couple of line up errors which its too late too fix and wouldn't be comfortable approaching the company to fix.

Do not use this firm, very substandard work, asks for money in advance then leaves job half way through unfinished. Left every part of my project half finished or not started (fence, patio slabs, raised beds, new gate) I have to do alot of rework, replace fence because it was splitting everywhere within two weeks, match patio slabs half done, finish job myself costing alot more than originally quoted. DO NOT USE this firm, photos on his advertising do not match the standard of his work

Homepro came out as the cheapest quote for the fencing job we required, once completed i went to inspect the job and found the fence posts to be wobbly, panels not slotted in correctly and very wonky throughout. Mark agreed to come back out and rectify this but as soon as we paid him for materials as he demanded he has point blank ignored me and has not gone back to complete a very poor job. i will never use this company again! Avoid where possible!

Waste of time. Never turned up at pre arranged days to give us a quote. Always excuses. I would not use this service again, and I would not be using mybuilder.co if this is an example of what can be expected.

Quoted £1950 initially, agreed cost at £1800 for 13, 6ft fence panels and concrete post, next day after few hrs they said will cost 250 more as didn't realize it is more work than planned, So agreed to do 13 fence at £2000. After 3 days of work, installed 5 ft fence panels (not 6ft) which are not straight and at uneven in height. They have left cement and mud all over the grass and not really cleared. Fences look like being put by a 2 yr old , irregular, stitched up and wonky after spending £2000 on it. Recommend staying away, I got quotes ranging from 1450 to 2400, should have seen prior reviews beforehand. They did do the fences after 3 days though they usually stared working after 1-2 in afternoon and not earlier. Hope this honest review helps others In making a informed decision.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Arrived on time and completed in estimated time. Completed work apears to be good but with fence posts time will tell. A bit messy with mud and red chips on the lawn but that could be down to the wet weather and damp ground.
