The job involved identifying the source of a water leak around my front door. This involved two visits from their handyman. In the first visit, he cleared a gutter above the door and mentioned that the sealing around the door would have to be redone. In the second visit he did the sealing. Unfortunately this part was botched: he used sealant with a color completely different to the door frame. He applied the sealing over the old one, instead or removing the old one. He also applied sealing where he shouldn't have: on one side of a window above the door. Overall, the job completely ruined the aspect of the entrance to my property. The handyman was very nice and polite but entirely unqualified for this job. I have now contracted a professional mastic man company to come and undo what Elite Building Facilities have done and do the job again from scratch. The quote for this is HALF of what I paid to Elite Building Facilities for the botched job.

We hired Richard at RS Building Services to demolish and rebuild an original garden wall. From the initial contact and throughout the build Richard was a pleasure to deal with. His quote was prompt and realistic and his work was professional throughout. He arrived promptly, put in a full days work over three days, respected our property and his workmanship was fantastic. We are so happy with the job and we will definitely be hiring Richard again next year to put in a new patio. We would absolutely highly recommend Richard and RS Building Services. Thank you!

On making further enquiries pertaining to timber post and rail fencing i was informed by the contractor that he is not equipped to install driven timber posts hence appointment for quote was cancelled.

Mr Bannerman had great communication and gave me a very good price and did a fantastic job 👍👍 update 11/09/24 Mr Bannerman built me a fence and looked like it was a good job, but 1 year later the fence looks like it leaning towards one side. I contacted Mr Bannerman and he told me he would come and inspect it but never showed and ignored my emails so beware that he might do the same thing if you have any problems with his work.

I can put my hand to most things, giving the customer what they want and making sure they are happy with any work taken out. Oftec registered for heating oil works, fitting tanks and replacing or fitting new oil supply lines. All work done with quality and care.

I have had a very positive experience. Lewis came around shortly after I’ve advertised the job and we discussed our needs. He promptly sent me a quote and done our new gate within a few weeks. He supplied all materials which looks and feel good quality and he charged a very reasonable price. Our new gate is looking lovely and we are pleased with the work we would certainly would use him again if needed. I can highly recommend him for others.

Couple of nice guys. I had them around to cut down 5 big conifer trees and install a fence. They did a great job at a good price. I also had them back to level off the garden, install astro turf and install a rope fence. We went through a range of options and different prices. They Finished the work well and on time. I would definitely recomend.
