I am based in flint , I have worked doing property maintenance for over 20 years and used to look after 200 privately rented properties, I do plumbing fault finding ,pipe repair or relocate, fixing or replacing taps , toilet flush / fill valves clear blocked drains and fit outside taps , I also do electrical work fault finding , replacing lights/switches , shower/pullcords and sockets, fault finding . I can change Upvc door and window locks and locking mechanisms and hinges . Fence panels and gates ,assemble flat pack furniture and fit tv brackets.
