I have been in the building trade for many years and have seen many changes to building regulations and procedures. My qualifications are time spent in this trade an proficient and professional in multiple trades. We take on all manor of works bathrooms kitchens roofing landscaping. We tend to work landscaping during the summer months then move inside once the weather turns. We unfortunately won't work on gas and only existing wiring which is acceptable under building laws and regulations.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to have a read 🙂 I've been working in property maintenance for 21 years now and within this time I have worked on propertys from 1 year old to 300 years old. I am DBS checked. The jobs I carry out range from Carpentry, Garden fencing & decking, painting decorating, plastering ,Italian plastering , and flat pack furniture projects. Basic plumbing like taps and sink replacement etc. Even if it's to replace old silicon I will not take on a job I'm not comfortable in doing .
