It wasn't a straight forward job it had its challenges; the distance between concrete posts was not a standard 6ft size, straight or level but Paul had managed to fix it all and done a beautiful job and cleared all the rubbish, very grateful.

I’m not normally the type of person to leave a review but on this occasion I just had to. We needed a fence as we had boards up as our old fence had broken beyond repair. We found James and his team on my builder. We told him what we needed. He came over and gave us a quote which we were happy with. In fact he was the cheapest quote by a long shot. James told us he would be here at 9am on the Monday. At 9am on the dot he arrived with his team. They worked so hard on one of the hottest days of the year. All of his workers are professional, polite and such hard workers. The job was completed in a day! I can not recommend these guys enough. The fence looks great. We are really happy with it. So thank you James and if anyone is reading this needing a new fence then I recommend using James. I’ll be recommending you to my friends and calling you for future work that I need doing.

read about Rock Leaf through a website - MyGarden builder. Once I registered, I was contacted immediately by Rock Leaf and he was at my place in less than an hour to estimate the job. Another hour, the guys came in and started the job. Very reasonable and affordable. Loved their job, I would definitely recommend them for all my gardening needs. I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.

Tom and his colleague Konrad were fantastic They came round 3 times prior to undertaking the work to discuss exactly what we wanted To achieve and meticulously planned it out. They were prompt on the delivery of the work and even came back twice after to ensure the painting was perfect. On top of this they are both absolutely top guys who were easy to get on with and very transparent regarding costs We’ve already booked additional work and would highly recommend these guys to friends and family. Sonny was prompt and transparent in communication. He stopped by first to assess the job and ensure he was comfortable taking on the work required - installing a new light fixture in our dining room and a very complicated beading against our bottom step which had a rounded edge. He displayed some great carpentary skills on the installing of the beading on the edge with patience to make 15+ cuts to make the round shape complete. We needed some flexibility on scheduling and he was happy to accomodate. The day he came to complete the job he was well prepped and had a plan making the job go quite well. He even communicated throughout the job to ensure we had visibility on what he was planning and making sure it was aligned to our vision. Overall a positive experience and I would work with Sonny agai - in fact planning on using him for another job in the coming weeks.

Sham and the team did a good job of cutting through a stainless steel sink for some bespoke work. At one point thought it was not going to be possible to complete the job but Sham delivered with a plan B. Took a risk proceeding with the job as there were no reviews on mybuilder but sometimes risks are worth taking. Hope this first review helps others and Sham and the team. Also hoping to now get Sham to quote for a larger bathroom/wet room refit project.
